I just wanted to finally take the time out to praise this location! I’ve lived next door to it for a decade now, but hadn’t tried it until a month ago.

One day decided to give it a try with my daughter and we both got the Meatball Sub. It was insanely good! That was our go to order until we tried the Plain Turkey and Cheese with Mayo, and we got so addicted to that sub we’ve been going every other day at least. I lay in bed at night thinking about that sub, no joke. Never thought I would be this impressed with subs in my life, normally I’m not a fan of them.

Now onto the staff! Who deserve the MOST praise. Every single time I’ve gone in, they’ve been so kind and accommodating with a smile. Which as we know is not common anymore with fast food. Most places I enter treat me as if I’m an asshole for being there and ordering.

Well not the staff here. They’re extremely friendly, and they always give me kids free rice crispies or snacks if something is left another customer forgot to take or pick up. That’s what has caused us to keep coming back as well. They all deserve a raise. Especially the young man with the shoulder length twists; and the male manager.

If you’re thinking of trying it, I highly suggest this location.

Disappointed that it was not a freebie but bogo. I ordered anyway. Sandwich was good as usual. Will eat the free one tomorrow. Service was slow considering there were only 3 customers including myself. Really like the hot sauce shelf. Tried the Gator sauce on the side. Probably good but not for me.

If you say you’re open until 7pm then you should take orders til (at the very earliest) 650 (since only takes two minutes to make a sandwich). I’ve been craving a sandwich from here and could finally make it before closing and when I arrived at 630 I was told “we’re no longer accepting orders!” That’s ridiculous! You can’t make a sandwich in the half hour that’s left?!

Everything wrong! Today I spent $20 on 2 subs to try for the first time and it was my last! I specifically order 1 medium chicken cajun with no lettuce and had absolute no cajun flavor and STUFFED with lettuce. And the other the new thanksgiving sub with wheat bread and the bread was white, instead was the other cajun sub with the wheat bread… I live far from the location so it doesn’t worth for me to spend my gas with another nasty sub of yours. May God bless whoever made those subs on 10/15 6:35pm, because I wouldn’t.

12/19/25. Just got 2 brisket smokehouse subs. One smaller one came with a massive amount of BBQ sauce. The large sub came with none. The brisket was undercooked soggy and borderline inedible. On further inspection of our sandwiches. The brisket is still red and raw in multiple spots. I’ve been coming to this location for years but whoever is there now clearly doesn’t care about making food. My wife picked up the food and said the worker seemed like he was on something. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I had to throw out both subs and just eat the cost. Id never recommend firehouse after this experience. Unacceptable
