First time eating here. I was extremely disappointed in the price for such a tiny part of my sub. I ordered the small sub called the Engineer. I took it out to the truck to eat it. Holy poo, it was only about 4 bites worth, and cost me $7.00! Not exactly 7 because I let them round up the amount, but geez. The bread was soft, the sub had been gently heated, and it was absolutely delicious, but I won’t be going back to Firehouse Subs. That price is ridiculous for such a tiny amount.

To-go ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich close to closing time. When I got back home I opened the box to no bacon and the tiniest amount of turkey imaginable, whole bunch of little cut up pieces. It was essentially a cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich.

I would have took pictures but I hastily threw it away before deciding to write this.

I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’m not sure what sub they gave me, but it wasn’t the steak n’ cheese that I had ordered online for pickup. I did attempt to eat it since I had paid $15 for my order and wasn’t going to be back in the area for awhile. Plus it’s such a hassle to call and try n get something done these days. I didn’t care for the sub. It was way too runny and soggy to eat or figure out what it was. It’ll be some time before I go back if ever.

I’ve been coming here alot because I love the food and it’s a great lunch spot. I got a sandwhich today and halfway through eating it I realized there was a hair in my food. It was not the same length or color as mine, i love this place but it upsets me to have my money wasted because my food has someone’s hair in it.

I LOVE Fire House subs, but.. I went in tonight at approximately7:45, i was not even
sure if they were open as their open sign was turned off. I thought maybe they were closing early because it was Columbus day, but that was not the case when asked what time they were closing, one of the sandwich makers responded with 9 pm, so I informed him that the open sign was not on,
, He shrugged kinda grunted and was like , “oh wellI” there was also elderly gentleman who went to go get sweet tea and it was out, he went and informed the cashier , and she said , yeah , we’re out of sweet tea.. Did Not even offer to make more even though they had almost an hour and a half to still be open.No one greeted me or said hello or anything.. I said hello to the people making the sandwiches behind the counter.. No response…There were three people behind the counter and they all looked at me and never said word… I asked one of the young men behind the counter. what was the different sizes between a small, medium and a large sub without even looking at me responded” there’s a diagram right there” and I’m sure that was the right response.It was just actually how you said it again not even looking at me just kind “grunting ” it out. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant and kind.. The other employees there definitely need to be trained better.. When I paid my bill there is an option to leave a tip.. I know it’s not a lot but I did leave a 20% tip. WhenThey called my name to go pick up my sandwich.I said to thank You to everyone back there making the sandwiches.”Thank you guys , i really appreciate it ” Not single one said you’re welcome or okay , thanks or even made any acknowledgment at all.. Next time, I will just slide the young lady taking the orders cash.So that way, she doesn’t have to share it with the people who apparently have no social training, on how to deal with people.And also apparently have zero manners.. I have been going to this restaurant for years.I was going there prior to them closing.I’ve been going there since their reopening.. I will never go back again.. They definitely need a new manager.Or maybe even a manager wasn’t there.. But a simple hello, and thank you, definitely goes a very long way in customer service, it’s especially when you’re dealing with the public. There was also something spilled all over the floor with a couple of towels thrown over it, definitely , a zone where someone could have slid and hurt themselves.. I really hate that this happened as again.This used to be my favorite place to go pick up a wonderful sandwich!
