Ordered two sandwiches. The prices are a bit higher than other sub chains since Firehouse is more of a premium option, but the taste and quality are always consistent. This location always gets my order right and takes good care of it

Bought their pizza sub. I asked for extra pepperoni since I can’t eat beef for their meatballs. See pics for what I got. No sauce and really nothing in between the bread. They were not busy, just lazy. Would you pay $8 for this?

Food, staff is great! Fun atmosphere. Had the turkey bacon ranch sub. With light cherry limeade, which was great! Took a few fire hats for the grandchildren home. Overall great place for lunch or. Kid friendly! Potato soup is real good. Also don’t forget the brownie.

Seems like this food chain is always short on ingredients. Some days, No tomatoes, other days no pickles. The limes for the drinks were definitely old and brown. Customer service seem annoyed at just being there. Could do better as far as freshness and customer service.

I have really enjoyed firehouse subs in the past (especially the New York steamer). However, their prices keep going up and the sandwiches are so small now! I got a medium that was like 7 inches long and had 3 pieces of meat. I used to get a medium and eat half one meal and half another, but I was still hungry after eating the whole thing this time. Maybe because it was mainly a large roll since the toppings didn’t even cover the whole sandwich.

My family was very impressed. I however was not I got the large eith the beer cheese. The bun was soggy the sandwich was maybe 6in…the staff was in a rush and sloppy. But the men in the family said the brisket sandwich is wonderful and worth going back for.

They’ve been closed for a few, not sure why. Regardless they are back with the best meatball sub I’ve had in a while. I inhaled it before I took a pic. Sorry. It was hot, juicy, melted provolone and seasoning. Excellent!! The staff was so polite and helpful.

We stopped to get dinner at 6:30 at night and were told they were out of most of the ingredients for the sandwiches we had come in for. With no offer to make more. 6:30 is still dinner time and nowhere near closing time. Will not be coming back here again. Horrible service and poor experience

Not my favorite sandwich but it’s mostly going to be a personal bias on this one and not a quality thing. You’ll probably like it though. I’ll give it another try and see if it changes.
The bread was pretty good, soft and not bland. But I tried the Italian and it was a hot sandwich, which, I should have known I wouldn’t completely like. But, on the other hand, it didn’t change my mind about a “toasted” or “hot sandwich”.
Two things I didn’t like here were the dirty soda machine and the area around it, and the unswept floors. The machines were unacceptably dirty. This should be improved asap.
