Went here for lunch almost a year ago. The atmosphere inside was good with the television inside showing ESPN. I ordered a Meatball Sub sandwich combo that came with a drink and choice of chips. Service was alright. The sub was both filling and delicious with the meatballs being quite juicy. Overall a good lunch experience.

Just returned after purchasing the Thanksgiving Turkey sub and it is a dismal sandwich. After trying the Firehouse in Cumming, GA, this sub is just wrong. Hardly any stuffing and a smear of cranberry sauce. Never again will I come to the shop!!!

I use to work at firehouse as my first job so I totally understand what it’s like to work there. But what happened was unacceptable. My food was taken wrong and made wrong twice. I pay great money for the food and I’m a regular customer.
I would NOT recommend going to this location at night. It seems like the quality of service and food declines.
I ordered two hot subs. One came out cold and I ate it anyway. The other was done wrong twice.
Please be careful when creating peoples food. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring your mistakes are the real problem.
