I ordered a sandwich from this location on 2/21 and have several times before with no issues. This time there was a large ant in the lettuce of my sandwich so I called the store and requested a refund. Sent proof via picture as requested. The people working in the store were kind and contacted the store manager and owner about requesting one and I was denied a refund despite there being an insect in my sandwich from their store. They offered to remake the sandwich, but who would want a sandwich and the potential for another insect to be in it. We are talking about an $8 refund and they would rather lose business. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I live Close to this Location and we Eat here Often, But on 10/21 we done a Online order and I picked up the Order got home and it was Wrong! I got there and the Atmosphere wasn’t very Pleasant, The Store was Dead and some of the Employees just looked at me and finally someone helped me. Its pretty bad when you have to go back to a Buisness to get your Order Corrected when it was A Slow time and the Employees aren’t paying attention to the Orders.

Went in to buy a Large fountain drink (unsweet tea) and was overcharged for the drink. The drink was $5 and I asked the cashier was this correct, and she said that it was. I questioned her again and was told that that’s how they rung the drink up and that it was correct. I got the receipt and asked another employee was this right and was told by the other employee that yes, that was the amount of the drink. I was in a rush so I just paid it and left. Remind you, I go to the store pretty often and knew that the price of that drink was wrong, so I called around to some other locations and was told that the price was wrong and that she overcharged me by about $2. The amount wasn’t the issue but more or less, the fact that you knew you were overcharging me and didn’t try to correct it at all! I have a pic of the drink and the receipt for verification.

My simple order took an awfully long time to be prepared when the place wasn’t even busy. But the food was great once I got it. Way better than Subway. Order ahead online to avoid the wait and you’re good to go.
