I used the app to order but it defaulted to a store in CoS instead of Falcon. I couldn’t cancel the order through the app so I called the store, and while they couldn’t help, they were insightful and polite. When we did get our order, the GM MaKenzie wrote an apology note and a coupon, despite it not being their stores fault. I appreciate her for her extension of customer service.

We have had a sub from here every few weeks for a while now. We’ve often really enjoyed it. But this time, both our subs were very light on ingredients and flavorless. One was soggy with sauce. My thanksgiving turkey sub was very light on turkey. It’ll be a while before we try it again.

I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and generally had a good lunch experience. The location is convenient, parking is almost adequate, the outside is decorated pleasingly, inside was bright, colorful, clean & tidy, the employees were friendly, food was very delicious and served hot (steak & cheese sub), but it took 10 minutes for it to be made and served to me at my table. Slightly better than Subway.

Just received order from this Firehouse Subs via Uber Eats. Several items were missing. Firehouse packs the bag, but the manager I spoke to refused to take responsibility or do anything to help me. Blamed on Uber Eats. Uber Eats didn’t pack the bag. Firehouse did. I am now without food due to Firehouses mistake. Avoid this location.

My wife stopped eating here because there was hair in her sandwich. I felt it was a 1 time incident and ordered a sub. Sure enough this one has hair too. How does this even happen this much. So nasty. Shame we wasted so much money. Never again

Greats subs at a great price! Literally, every sub I’ve had here has been good. Hard to say which is my favorite….maybe the meatball or the hook and ladder or the Italian, they’re all good. Service is usually pretty quick and they’ve never messed up a sandwich order of mine.
