We have bought take out from here a few times and their subs are good but tend to get soggy quick. The wait times the be a bit long about 30 minutes or longer but the freshness of the ingredients is nice. 7/10 recommend

This shop was not safe about their gluten free meal option. I let them know I have Celiac’s. I got sick from my sub. Hit me immediately after meal. Staff also was not maintaining drink machine that day everything sugar free was out. Date was Friday Sept 19th, 2025. The meal was purchased around 2 PM.

Kinda wonder if there is employee abuse going on here… Ive never seen 3 employees behind a counter look so downright miserable. There were maybe 2 other customers in here, so not due to being busy. I was hardly acknowledged, and when my order was taken, the employee spoke under her breath, barely audible, and kept her face down hidden by the brim of her hat. Difficult to understand her. After my order was taken, all employees proceeded to drag their feet and sulk as they went through the 20 minute process of making my sandwich. I never leave reviews, especially if negative, but this was a particularly depressing experience. Ive never experienced customer service quite like that. I think its important for young people to understand that everyone has bad days, but if you hate your job THAT much, its ok to look for a better suited job and leave that opportunity open for someone capable of being more than barely functional during their shift.

It’s always easy to order online here, and my order was perfectly prepared, as usual. What made the biggest difference though, was Chase’s excellent customer service! As an older woman, & after a long & difficult day, in the few moments I was in the store, Chase made enough of an impact on me that I left with a smile on my face. Sometimes, just a smile, a friendly greeting, and an employee who is making sure you have everything you need makes a huge difference. So thank you for the great food, Chase, AND for the difference (you may not even realize) you made for me today. You’ve only increased my loyalty as a customer!

If you look at my review history you’ll see I mostly post only good experiences. That being said, this was not one of them. Sorry Firehouse, but you dropped the ball. Ordered two footlongs for 30 dollars. Both were wrong and my wife and I had to pull toppings off of both sandwiches’ and switch them around to get something close to what we ordered. Guess we’re back to boring old subway, at least they pay attention to order accuracy. No management in sight to speak to. Just don’t go here. If you do…. Good luck!
