Love this favorite lunch spot for the delicious food, kind service, and safe gluten-free options! Stephanie leads a crew of smiling employees who seem to enjoy their job and their customers. They greet every customer who enters their restaurant, and I come in so often they greet me by name!
It’s challenging to find a deli that can accommodate my celiac disease, but Stephanie and her crew take my allergy seriously. And the subs are fantastic. So grateful for this Norcross treasure!

One of the absolute worst sub shops in Atlanta. Extremely poor, rude & incompetent management. I had a serious issue in store and requested the manager. The manager was literally walking around outside on a personal phone call arguing on the phone with someone while the store was a mess, employees were struggling with orders, and no one was even capable of servicing the customers. Once the manager finally decided to come back inside I asked for the franchisee’s name & contact info and she refused to give it to me. I asked for the District Manager’s name and contact info and she only told me his first name (Chase) and refused to give me his number. The manager identified herself as “Stephanie”. I contacted Firehouse Corporate HQ, they apologized and they informed me they notified the franchisee and District Manager to contact me however no one has done so. Hopefully the franchisee contacts me, the manager Stephanie is literally driving customers away from the business.
Stay away from this business until significant changes are made, there are much better options available. When I left I went to Jersey Mike’s and enjoyed great customer service and a great sub sandwich!

I am 8 months pregnant and I was craving a turkey sandwich and Stephanie remembered my order and it made me feel good. Terrell was patient and kind to me. Julian and Cam made my sandwich with love. I came here to order a salad because we had one at my job a couple of weeks ago and it was so delicious I wanted to try it again. It was absolutely delicious and I absolutely love the fact that they’re toppings are diced up small and not big and chunky. I would definitely be returning for more salads, and the crew is very friendly and nice.

The woman who prepared my order was extremely cordial & efficient. The star reduction was primarily for the lingering panhandler who approached my car in the dark. This is always risky, even though I always help anyone who’s hungry. Recommend women visit this location accompanied or only during the daylight.

Tucked away in the shopping plaza, this location is easily accessible and clean. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly to get everyone their food in a timely manner. I didnt take a photo of the sandwich because it was so good and I was starving. lol
