Came in an hour before closing with a simple order. Build your own with ONLY turkey, pepperoni, ham, and mozerella. Somehow I ended up with turkey, pepperoni, mayo, lettuce, and tomato on a sandwich where I specified the ONLY items I wanted. The bread was also soggy to the point where I took off the ingredients I wanted and used my own bread at home to eat. I didn’t have the gas or time to drive back. There were no other orders or customers either.

5/21/2022 at 2:30 i stopped here. First time to this place. Not sure how the meal combos work. Ask for a pair of sandwich and Mac n Cheese cup. Cashire said that comes with a medium would you like to upgrade to large. My response was yes a large drink is good. Not knowing that after we paid she didn’t hand us cups. So I asked where my drinks were. And she said the large is for sandwich and walked away. She didn’t even give me a chance to order a drink before she walked away. Why she didn’t correct me when I said yes large drink I’m not sure. She seemed very rude and was mumbling a lot like she didn’t want to be here. Poor customer service. I never ordered a drink. Mac n Cheese was super running and liquid/watery. Never going back.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff asked if we had any questions about the menu. Food was brought promptly and was hot and very tasty. We will definitely be back. Our table was promptly cleared once we were finished. Very clean, excellent service and great tasting subs! Highly recommend!

The employees were very unfriendly, I walked in and the three people behind counter did not welcome, greet or look at me. When I placed my order the cashier (who appeared to be a manager) spoke in a monotone voice and communicated in one word statements. They made me feel like I was a burden and unwanted.

This positive review is long overdo! Former GM Mike is the reason I’m leaving this location this great of a review. I learned today that Mike recently got a well deserved promotion to regional manager, congrats to Mike such a great guy! Quick story one time I ordered my dealership subs on a Saturday (the busiest day of our work week) lunches are super appreciated when anyone foots the bill over their since they are few and far between, although on this Saturday not as many people were appreciative of the good deed I had done, I’ll get back to that in a second. So Mike rings me up gives me a very generous discount and then delivers it himself, yes you heard that correctly the busiest guy at his own store who could have sent one of his employees to do delivered it himself as part the more personable experience. At the conclusion of the delivery I went ahead and thanked and also tipped him $20, his response was “thank you very much for the tip although this tip will not be for me it will be for the team members back at the store”! What a stand-up guy! Did the delivery all by himself a massive order and unselfishly gave up the tip to his employees! A few days later I came back into the store because at this point I had became a regular he asked me if my team members appreciated my good deed which my response was unfortunately not really, he responded with a free sub on the house and said well I’m atleast one manager that cares about your efforts . Congrats again Mike on your promotion well deserved!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the wait. Other than the wait, this location was excellent. The food was top quality and made with generous toppings, while the employees, if slow, were very nice. It was affordable, too, which is always a nice touch, and the contributions to the firefighters that the chain makes cannot go unmentioned or unnoticed. Overall I enjoy firehouse subs and I’m looking guard to my next stop!
