The place was very busy and there was an employee named Derrick. He was absolutely amazing. He had online and walkin orders alot of them. He handled the situation amazing and gave great customer service given the situation. The store was out of alot of meats and the other employee would not help. He also had to deal with rude customer and mad customers and handled everything great.

A Blazing Disappointment – Never Again!
If I could give Firehouse Subs zero stars, I would. My wife and I have given this place two chances—both times, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. That’s not just bad service; that’s a pattern.
From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were intruding rather than being valued customers. The employees acted indifferent at best and borderline rude at worst. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just blank stares like we were inconveniencing them by existing.
Then there’s the food. Overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not worth putting up with the terrible service. They claim their subs are premium, but they taste like something thrown together with zero care. The bread was stale, the meat was lukewarm, and the overall presentation was just sad.
To top it all off, the atmosphere was uninviting. Other customers seemed to get normal service, but for some reason, we got the cold shoulder both times. Coincidence? I doubt it.
There are plenty of other sandwich shops that actually appreciate their customers. Firehouse Subs is not one of them. Safe to say, we won’t be back.

Came in December 28, 2025 around 5:50 PM. There were no other customers. The older gentleman working up front (longer hair) shook his head as we walked in and looked visibly annoyed that we came in. The vibe was so unwelcoming that we turned around and walked back out without ordering. I’ve seen similar comments in other reviews, so I hope management addresses it.

The guy with septum piercing doesn’t know he is talking about. We came in at 8:25… 35 MINUTES before close. But he specifically said “of course 30 minutes before we close y’all want subs”. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss this issue. I work in the food industry and it was completely unacceptable. We were the only people in there 35 minutes prior to close and felt like awful people because of the way he made us feel. He rolled his eyes at us on the way out the door. How unprofessional that poor man is. I will be calling the general manager tomorrow to discuss his issue.

They were offering veterans free small combo for Veterans Day. It was listed online, and with a sign on the store door. I went in shortly after 3 PM to be told that that special ended at 3 PM. The worker called the manager who told the worker to not honor the special after three. Yet the sign still on the door. Numerous veterans were turned away. Firehouses itself on being there for first responders. This is a very poor way to treat the veterans. I encourage all veterans and people who support veterans to boycott firehouse. I am curious if they will actually respond to this review.

Firehouse Subs is a good place to get a good sandwich. They donate some of their profits to firefighters and first responders to make the community they are a part of a better place. There is a FireHouse app that you can earn rewards if you buy a certain number of sandwiches to get a free sandwich. There sandwiches such as the Virginia Honey Ham are very good.

15.50 for this no meat.Order the pull pork sandwich because it was buy 1 get 1 free also $15 they brought 1 no pickles food was open lid off sandwich cold bag ripped not stapled never was folded. Service is the worst eve. I called and dude blew my off like call the manager in the morning this is unacceptable. I see what the manager say in the morning guess will on a diet tonight
