I’ve been here twice in the last few months. Only gotten to eat here once. The first time i showed up at about 1:30 and the sign on the door said they were closed till 3pm. Today i was happy to see they were open and there was only 2 people waiting that had already ordered. With no line i waited almost 10 minutes to place my order. And couldn’t even order what i wanted because of everything they were out of. No turkey no roast beef no brisket. It truly limits how many items are on the menu. You could tell the staff was trying to be friendly and trying there best being there are only 2 of them here but you can tell they are unhappy with the situation. Seams like management needs to be looked at a little more closely. If you are missing even straws for cups it should be a sign that someone is clearly not placing orders when they need to. Once i got my sandwich what i was forced to order because it was one of the few items available it came out looking sad. Subway quality with firehouse prices

Arrived at lunch but wasn’t very busy. Location was a little unkept. Not dirty but somewhat in disarray. Drink station was messy. Weirdly there was an unused woman’s sanitary pad on the floor near order desk.
Staff was not very friendly but did their jobs fine.
Meatball sub was fresh and delish as was the BLT sub.
Lots of parking out front.

We ordered for delivery. 1 item was wrong. 2 drinks missing. A whole sandwich was missing. Was offered a $15 coupon or a $12 refund. Both are a slap in the face but whatever. Took the coupon and reordered the sandwich… I have attached a photo of an actual deli paper INSIDE of the sandwich. DO BETTER!!

I’ve tried to dine at this restaurant at least once a week for 3 weeks. Each time according to their hours on Google and posted on their door they should be open for business, however they are always closed .I personally feel as though this is a bad way to run a business. It truly is sad because on the rare occasion this location is actually open the food and service are very good. If it is in fact a staffing problem ( people not wanting to come to work) hire employees that actually want to come to work and do their job. It really is sad to see restaurants being tab this way.

STILL no response or refund from the restaurant. Received am email from Firehouse corporate marketing team member on 7/17, promising a response from the store shortly. Zero response or refund to date.

Placed an order on their app, got to the store at 6:30pm on a Thursday evening to pick up and the store was closed. No sign, no indication of why it was closed. I already paid for my order via their app, so I guess I just wait for their customer support to issue a refund? Definitely won’t be visiting again.

ABSOLUTELY NASTY! Bugs & gnats everywhere! Flying all over the food, trash had been sitting for days with mold growing on it, drink machine was nasty & didnt work, standing water & food all over the floor, place smelled like a dead animal. Asked for our money back & left! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

This location is hardly ever open. In the middle of the day it just closes. One night we came for dinner and the door was ajar and the lights were off and it was empty but the door was wide open. Then we rolled up here today on a Sunday afternoon and the door was open about half a foot and by the time we parked and got out and to the door; it had been shut and locked. They were inside and just staring at us. What? Why? This is the poorest ran store I’ve ever seen.

One of the worst ran restaurants I’ve ever seen. The front door is stuck open on a 90+ degree afternoon, so the inside is lukewarm and humid. I waited at the counter for a few minutes before someone came out of the back. There was trash and food all around the floor under the tables. The drink machine was not making ice and was out of most options. The staff appeared incredibly miserable. The Sandwich was okay but I did not get a pickle like usual. Also The two tv’s were out of sync and loud. It was really a surprisingly bad experience.
