This was my first time at this location. I love the Firehouse near me but we were in a different part of town so decided to give it a try. It did not let us down. They had the same friendly and genuine service. They were busy and had a lot of to go pickup orders, but they were quick. The bread was fresh and the Cajun Chicken Sub exploded with flavor and the perfect level of spice.

We had never had firehouse before, but we absolutely loved it. My husband got the firehouse hero, and I got t he cheese steak. They were both delicious. I also got the Mac n cheese. It was everything good Mac n cheese should be. We had great service and awesome food. We will definitely be back.

We decided last minute for dinner plans to order firehouse and called it in and placed the order. The lady on the phone even repeated everything back and the store I selected which was Sharkey way Leestown. I showed up and the staff had no order in their system and knew nothing about it. Not a huge deal staff was great and made my subs promptly. I ordered 3 large subs for $50+ which is crazy (you can have drakes for that price) but got home to have dinner and I had the smokehouse cheddar brisket. There was not a thing about that sandwich that was brisket. It was like half cooked thin cut bacon with maybe a piece of cheese. Did not taste like brisket and I’m almost positive it was pork. If you’re going to charge a premium price for your subs make sure you buy quality ingredients. Sadly I have had plenty of subs from firehouse that were good but the sandwich I had tonight was twice the price of jimmy John’s or subway and half the quality. Won’t be getting firehouse anytime in the near future.

I love Firehouse Subs, but I don’t think I will ever be returning to this location at 1781 Sharkey Way in Lexington. My mom had just got off a 12 hour shift at the hospital and wanted to grab a sandwich before headed home. We stopped, and this place looked closed. The open sign wasn’t on and the two girls up front at the register seemed to be more engaged into their conversation than wanting to wait on us. I ordered a Hook and Ladder and when I got home, my sandwich looked exactly like the picture I have attached. I called the store and spoke to a girl named Cheyanna, who informed me that she was the manager. I asked if I could have a credit and she told me that I would have to drive back up there from Versailles to get a credit. When I asked who the general manager was, she replied “I can’t give you that information”. Wow. First restaurant that I’ve ever been to where the general manager’s name is a secret. Anyways, here I am spending 12.49 on a sub that wasn’t good at all. Subway could’ve done better than this. I really hope the general manager sees this picture because the sandwich and this customer service is the WORST I’ve ever dealt with.

this is my first and last time ever ordering from this location. you give firehouse subs a bad name. i get the Italian sub every time the one I got today from this location made jimmy johns look bigger than your sandwich. And of course i cant get a manager or no one to answer. So with uber eats i paid $26.00 I have never felt so cheated in my life. Do better . And just in case you dont believe me i attached a pic.
