Went there this morning shortly after store opened. The store was clean and well kept. I had the medium Hook n Ladder sub w/ chips & a drink. Service was fast friendly and very helpful. Wife had the small build your own veggie sub. Both sandwich’s were fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try a different sub.

Shout out to this specific firehouse location. Both my fiancé and I are Volunteer Firefighters, we were coming from Monroeville Fire & Ems expo. The person up in the cashier to place our order told us that our meals were on the house. This was our first time ever experience this in any firehouse locations. Made our day so much better. Highly recommend this location. Will be back again next year or soon!

First time at Firehouse. Ordered the veggie sub. Got it out to my car- no cheese. Took it back in- they “fixed it.” Went to eat it- still no cheese! I took it back a 2nd time- they said they definitely fixed it that time. Went to eat it- 1 slice of provolone (instead of all 3 cheeses) and no mayo. I took a photo of it because it looked so sad. I should have asked for my money back, but I did not want to go back in for a 3rd time. That will be my first and last visit to Firehouse Subs.

Today was my first time trying Firehouse and it was awesome. I called in the order for our family, 1 NY STEAMER, 1Beef & Cheddar, 1 Mac & Cheese, then my Veggie sub.
The girl who took my order deserves 5 stars! I had to call back because I forgot to tell them I didn’t want mine toasted, had special requests on the veggies. It was no problem.
My husband picked up our order, and was back in no time. Everything was perfect. My sandwich was everything I wanted. I’m home recovering from recent hernia surgery, eating hasn’t been good in past days, wanted something satisfying. This was the ticket.
Definitely on my list of favorites now, wish I knew the girl’s name who made my day better. I would give her a special shout out!

Went there to pick up 2 subs for a mobile order. First of all, it took 40 minutes to get the 2 subs that were made wrong. Multiple people in and out while we were still sitting there, they had no idea what took so long other than a weak “maybe you placed the order to the wrong location” no, we did not. 3 other employees asked if we were waiting for an order …. Ordered mushrooms on 1 sub, got mushrooms on both, and she hates mushrooms. Employees just sitting around doing nothing? Cmon man. Yall can do better. Money wasted.

Irst timer total disappointment ! Took over 20 min for a hand made sub ! Not very busy, employee sitting on chair in food prep area, 4 others having a gab fest and smoking on premises outside front door. Club sandwich had no bacon, Isaly’s style chipped ham and turkey products, charged a $1 for a pickle speer ! Will not be back, shame because they support local F. D.

I don’t understand why all the negative reviews. Got food there for the first time and it was perfectly fine. Got 4 sandwiches, all with special requests, and everything was made correctly. The guy running the front was friendly. The food was quite good, tasted fresh. A little soggy on the bottom. A little expensive, but it beats subway for sure

I ordered a large Thanksgiving dinner sub to go, & It was horrible!!
First of all, I waited over half an hour for my sub! Unacceptable!! There were 2 people ahead of me, that were already waiting for their food when I walked in, & they each only took out one sub! A table of 4 could order a full course meal & would be eating their dinners before I got my one sub! The service Is terrible!
There was NO Turkey on it! There was cranberry sauce only on HALF!
$18 for Thanksgiving dinner sub with NO turkey & only HALF of the cranberry sauce!!
I called the location & got no answer! I left a message stating I DO Expect to get my $18 back! No response.
I have over 28,000 reward points, so I have eaten at Firehouse Subs many times, & I have never been disappointed, until recently, with this new location.
The staff is polite & friendly, & The location is clean & tidy, But The service & food is terrible!
I have eaten at the West Mifflin location 3 times, it was only half decent 1 time! This location is by far the worst!
Morgantown, WV is the best location!

Ordered online so I can be in and out with my limited lunch break only to be told that they are out of chicken, like what kind of place runs out of chicken. I had no time to wait for another sub because they are very slow at working and mentally, I’m never ordering again.

Would not give me or others our food and said there is nothing they could do about it. Man should not work customer service and should be fired.
