This is absolutely crazy. My wife went to order me and my family dinner. When she arrived there was nothing but unsupervised kids yelling and goofing around behind the counter. The person ringing up the food was on their phone no greeting or anything professional. I understand you make sandwiches all day long but these are families dinners. As you can see on the receipt it shows no mayo or mustard. She didn’t check it since we have it on the receipt and ofc we drive over 20 minutes home and there is ingredients my family can not have on the sandwich. Now we have no dinner for them. Completely ruined firehouse sub and we will not longer be purchasing from them going forward. If you want sandwiches just thrown together with no thought. Come buy here however if you want your food correct do not come here. If you want to check when this was done on the cameras she came in on 8/29/25 around 8:15 or so. Waited forever for the food to be made and it be made incorrectly. O stars if I could.

This location just sucks all around! I’ve done online orders twice here and both times during the pickup process I’ve gotten ignored and glared at like I did something to the workers in there. They’re very unfriendly and not approachable when it comes to asking them about your order. I’ve gotten home with my order messed up and things missing while my sub which they were “still working on” was cold! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
