Ordered the garlic and butter fries, a strawberry milk shake and sweet potato tots. The sweet potato tots was really good was expecting a sugar type seasoning didn’t get that but still they where good. Fries were burnt for sure I don’t mind a few but the whole order the fries where burnt. Milkshake wasn’t to my liking not sure if it’s the fact they make there own homemade ice cream or it’s from the fact they make they own homemade ice cream. But it was off had a off taste. Besides that fries had a good taste besides burnt the sweet potato tots are great.

Not terrible, but we expected better. Fried okra was pretty good. We spent $40 just for my husbands bison burger to taste like regular beef. My turkey burger was dry, and came with everything on it (lettuce and onions) despite having ordered it with just cheese only. Our server spent most of his time across the room talking to an older couple while we waited for our order to be taken, and then again later when we needed refills, and needed the bill. We had higher expectations for this place, might try the other location or a different day

This is a great place to come for great food! The burgers are done to your order. Great add-ons of great verity. Not to mention great choice of fries chicken sandwich juicy and delicious huge portions & priced right. Friendly staff and restaurant was clean. Way to go ! First time trying Burgersmith today for lunch. I ordered a medium burger with fries. Why it’s so hard to serve hot fries blows my mind. Lukewarm is not enough…HOT, please. My burger was nearly raw inside. I couldn’t muster thru it. Sent it back. Overall, flavor and quality of food were very good. Service was good as well. The plate came dressed well and looked good…except for the fact the fries were lukewarm and raw ground meat is not my idea of “medium”.

Burger with ragged branch bourbon and smith style fries on the side. My favorite burger in a long time. Excellently flavorful meat that is perfectly juicy. Also perfectly crunchy were the fries. The waitress was pleasant to order from and provided excellent service.

I love a good bison burger and this one is in my top 5 right now. Cooked medium and juicy and I got it with blue cheese instead of the Gouda. The Smith fries bring extra heat with red pepper and Tony Chachere’s Cajun seasoning. Excellent meal.
