i’ve been here a count full of times and there’s been 2 people to make me feel welcome not even the so called managers have made me and my family feel welcome. The two people were absolutely amazing so kind and really fast. I think they said their name was Elise and kenzi I’ve been meaning to make some reviews for a while now there’s been a few times I’ve had hair in my food there’s been a few times it’s taking them over 10 to 15 minutes to get one sandwich out But not one of them two girls are working!! I look forward to coming again

I used to like eating here. The past two visits have been unacceptable. Walking in, I noticed an employee sitting on a food prep table. She slide off the table, phone in hand. She walks up sets her phone on the counter then proceeded to put on gloves to make our food. I asked if she would was going to wash her hands and another employee responded “she just did”. I clearly watched her not do so. She got an attitude so we left. We try again a week later. As we walk into the store a different girl sitting on the same food prep table. Different employees different nights. I spoke to the shift manager and asked if this is common practice, she said no. I hope this can be addressed, I really do enjoy the food just not accepting possible unsanitary conditions.

Firehouse Subs was a letdown. I found a hair in my sandwich, which is gross. When I told the staff, they rolled their eyes and barely apologized total high school drama energy. The attitude everywhere felt like they didn’t want to be there. The sandwich itself was just okay, and the place looked a bit messy. Not going back until hygiene and customer service actually improve.

Tonight I ordered, about 20 minutes had passed, and I went to the store to grab my food. But it wasn’t at the online order pick up shelf. So I left and went to Kroger to kill some more time. About 15 minutes pasted and I came back. There was still no food. So I went to the employees and showed them what I ordered and it turns out somebody else had taken my food. The employees were extremely apologetic and we’re extremely helpful. They hooked me up with a fresh sandwich and even helping me out with a little something extra. The people here are awesome and are willing to take care of you as a customer!

I ordered a Hook and Ladder with no mayo, and when I received the sandwich, it was missing the mustard that normally comes with it. I didn’t make a big deal — I simply asked for a mustard packet to fix the issue myself. Instead of helping, the staff insisted that I had ordered it without mustard, which was not the case.
I explained that I only requested no mayo, and my receipt clearly showed that. I even showed them the receipt to confirm the sandwich was rung up correctly but made incorrectly. Despite this, I was told to go get my sandwich and prove there was no mustard on it before they would give me a simple mustard packet.
This kind of interaction was both frustrating and embarrassing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a quick fix to an obvious mistake. It’s a small issue, but the response from the team showed a lack of basic customer service and could definitely be improved with better training.

Ive gone in as a customer and a delivery driver. Second time I ordered a sandwich, it was ice cold and the meat tasted off, giving me an upset stomach. I had also ordered extra pickles and did not receive them.
As a delivery driver, I have experienced employees making fun and talking crap about me the entire time they make orders. Very unprofessional to bully customers.
I get they opened recently, but between the poor quality of food and the unprofessional, hateful behavior, they will not receive my money again.
