My order was wrong and I was offered half a refund because I ate half of the sandwich which is fair but funny because my order was 95% wrong I spoke to “Angel” regarding my online order once I was home. I ordered a large Jamaican jerk sub, caramelized onions, Italian dressing, pickle spear, extra pickle spear, Italian seasoning, extra sweet mustard, extra jerk seasoning. I had absolutely none of the additions on my sub. I called and was told there were caramelized onions on my sub because Angel put them on personally but couldn’t say anything regarding everything else that was left off because she didn’t make the whole sandwich…. However, per the picture lol those are definitely not caramelized onions lol, they’re raw onions and they didn’t even peel the outer layer before cutting so I had the hard, stringy pieces that you can’t even chew. My pickle was the size of plus size finger. Angel said she was the shift lead, but had to call the owner to see what she could do. I asked her for the owners name, she said she couldn’t provide that because the owner doesn’t like her name to be given. “So she owns a restaurant and doesn’t want her name given”. She gave me the last name “Crow” lol like a simple google search wouldn’t reveal the name as Diane and John. People just don’t use the common sense God gave them. Looks like we’ll be finding another location because this experience, the meal and the customer service have gone downhill and fast. Absolutely trash. The other reviews are accurate as well. 3.9 stars is disgraceful for a restaurant but they honestly don’t deserve that rating.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this visit was honestly pretty rough.
The food just wasn’t good. My sub tasted off, bland and dry. For what you pay, you expect at least decent quality, and this wasn’t it.
What really bothered me though was how dirty everything felt. The air inside felt heavy and sweaty and the tables were sticky when we sat down. The floors were wet in spots, and the bathroom was honestly gross. The toilet clearly had visible stains and grime and the paper towels had a bunch of dust on them.
The staff were okay. They weren’t rude or anything, just kind of neutral and going through the motions. I don’t blame them entirely, it felt more like a management/cleanliness issue than a service issue.
I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one really needs attention. I probably won’t be back unless things seriously improve.

I ordered a sandwich online for my daughter. After placing the order I immediately called after placing the order to tell them I needed the sandwich plain. They did not answer so I called again. After 5 minutes I got a hold of “Angel” the manger who said they are busy and can’t always answer phones so I told her my mistake and she said the order is already made and it can’t be changed so I asked if the could make a new sandwhich and she said no I would need to order another. It was her attitude that was rude. I have been coming to this store almost 9 years now. We order once a week from there. I understand it was my mistake, but some customer service goes a long way to keeping peoples business. This store on many occasions has gotten my order wrong and I have let it slide. I know me not coming back to that store will not effect their bottom line, but over time people being treated this way and also will not return

My husband and I patronized the Hamilton Mill, GA location last night, 11/21/25. My husband placed an online order and when he went to pick it up someone had taken our order, the girl working said she made ours but someone else picked it up. My husband then sat there and waited for 45 mins (while me and my small children were in the car) for them to make our order over. After 45 min he gets the order only for us to get home and we have 3 sandwiches that we did not order. We only ordered 2. The sandwiches were piled with meat that we do not eat. I called and spoke with Dylan (the manager) and he was knowledgeable of the situation and very apologetic. He said that we could come back the next day for a full refund and he would do something special for our inconvenience and he would also let the manager on duty know. He informed me that she works 9-4 and asked if I could make it between those hours, I told him yes.
Today I called up there and the manager on duty, Angelic, was very rude and nasty and said that Dylan didn’t tell her anything and that she can’t give us a refund but could only give 15% off our next order. That was the complete opposite of what Dylan told us! She said the owner was Diane Crow but couldn’t give me her number. This is the worst experience I’ve had with firehouse and we definitely won’t be back but we will get our money back, I will make sure of that!! You can waste peoples time, give them the wrong order and not give their money back. This location is trash!

If you are out of a sauce that comes WITH the sandwich, wouldn’t you advise the customer of that when ordering?? No they just wait until they already made the sandwich so when you ask for something else it makes feel guilty for wasting food. Then, out of your signature drink??? UGH!!

I love subs, and firehouse is one of my favorites. This is the closest one to me, very unfortunately. They never ever get my order right, and give me attitude when I ask if they can please remake it correctly (which it’s still not right, but I can’t wait for them to remake it again). They are also insanely slow, and it typically takes 15-20 minutes to get your food with only 1-2 people in front of you. I’ve waited over 30 minutes several times when they weren’t busy.

Placed an order for 1 medium sub and drink. It took 45 minutes for the order to be completed. This is unacceptable and then arrived home and the drink was basically carbonated water because it needed to be changed out. Friday night and totally disappointed with the customer service. It wasn’t like I ordered for an entire family.
Review completed for Quality Assurance purposes and for the owner of this establishment to encourage the employees to “do better “ .

They NEVER get a take out order correct and then insist I drive 20 minutes back to their place if I want anything to be refunded/credited or fixed. And I do mean they NEVER get an order correct. There are much better options for a good sandwich.

Ordered three sandwiches tonight. I ordered a footlong tuna which had very little tuna. No mustard or cheese. Very little mayonnaise way too many onions and a small amount of lettuce ordered without tomato but it came with two giant slices of tomato. Not normally how the sandwich comes from this location. Both my wife and daughter sandwiches were put together sloppily. Not sure if this is just a one-off or this the new normal. May take a break from Firehouse.
