I think the food isn’t (that good) but it’s edible. My worst experience was with the quality of the customer service and the heavy atmosphere of the place. The cashier didn’t show a single ounce of friendliness or even follow the basic protocol of providing polite and courteous service, and don’t even get me started on the woman who was preparing the food. She was so unenthusiastic about her job that she couldn’t even be bothered to call my name when my food was ready. I spent almost $20 of my own money there, plus a 20% tip that, in my opinion, they didn’t deserve. I also believe that when someone prepares food without passion or love for what they do, the food can’t possibly be good, and when you pay for a meal to eat at a restaurant and you’re not treated well, that food probably won’t sit well with you or you won’t be able to enjoy it with enthusiasm. To top it all off, as I was leaving, I said “Thank you!” out loud, even though I knew I had nothing to be thankful for, and I’m sure neither of them even bothered to say thank you back. I wish the owner of this restaurant good luck because I think they have a stylish concept, but with those employees, they’re definitely going to end up driving customers away instead of attracting them.

This was my first time at a Firehouse subs. I do like how some of the proceeds go to first responders.
The sandwiches all tasted great. I got the brisket and cheese. The bread was good but the meat was a little light. Maybe I am just used to other sub shops that provide more. The sandwich did come out hot and tasted fresh. Credit to the fact it was prepared well.
We went around 730 and the place was mostly empty. Figure it was after the rush.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The tables all had dirty/clean cards to let you know which ones they cleaned. Nice touch for a place that rotates people all day.

One of my favorite place for sandwich meal. I can get chip and ice tea with my 6″ sub and my husband gets his cup of chili combo. Love the consistency in quality, clean and disinfected table. Friendly staff.

Rolled into FH Subs for the first time today. Pastrami only sandwich, pickles, cheese and yellow mustard. Team was super pleasant, but I was still standing after 10+ min with single person ahead of me. GF had 9 people ahead of her next door at Chipotle and came over to find me, still waiting five min. The sandwich received was definitely not what I ordered as noted in the photo. (I added mustard before noticing) Again, super nice staff but ambling speed and wrong order put me off. Maybe another chance sometime.
