Ordered the brisket, and the last time it was good, but today it was like undercooked bacon and had almost no BBQ sauce and this location always takes too long!
The bigger issue is how nasty the table and soda screen was. My elbow was stuck to the table and I could see my skin pattern on the table surface I nearly walked out on my order for that.
The ice machine having no ice was the least of the trouble here.
I’m just going to have to remember to stop coming to this location, good luck

I was in the store to pick up my mobile order on 26. The manager and team were great! I ordered my sandwich on a gluten free roll and they were extremely careful to avoid cross contamination — even vocally reassuring me. I appreciate this sort of thing and seeing a team work well together! Thank you, ladies!

So… have you ever felt like you’re waiting at the DMV while at a restaurant… if not I would highly recommend this place to have that experience, and after 35 min we got our food… of course it wasn’t correct and had cheese so I decided to just take the food and deposit it in the trash where it belongs at subway where im getting a correct order in minutes lol

Ordered two turkey bacon ranch with chips the first time and they messed that up (missing bacon and chips) so had to reorder it, then called up to the store to see if they had bacon and they said yes just for them to mess up the order again.

This was genuinely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, came in to just get dinner and I had to wait in line for 30 minutes which isn’t a big deal, stuff happens I get it. When I finally got up to order the lady was super rude to me and cut me off multiple times while I was trying to order. Both employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there which I understand work can stink but as someone who works in customer service that kind of behavior is genuinely unacceptable. I wait no joke 35 minutes for my sub after I order which the crazy thing was it wasn’t busy at all and when I get it the whole thing is messed up and they didn’t listen to a single thing I said. I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich with just cheese and when I get it they put every single item in the store on it and I wasn’t even in the mood to eat it at that point. I advise nobody ever come to this place and as much as I hate talking about people this is genuinely ridiculous.

I don’t get to come to firehouse very often since I live in Lincolnton. But I’m very disappointed in the fact when they called my name and I went to pick up my order the girl at the counter pulled the tray back and said my name again as if making sure. I wouldn’t have taken it personally if it wasn’t for the fact I didn’t see her do that to anyone else that was picking up their order.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this location. Guess I’m the idiot because I keep hope that it will be better but Saturday was the last. I also placed a formal complaint with Firehouse corporate. Several months back, I was attending an event at the ice cream place across the parking lot but it was also dinner time so I ordered 2 sandwiches. Myself and 3 other people in my group waited the better part of 45 minutes. The staff that night was apologetic, so I let it go. But since then, I’ve been back twice and I’ve dealt with what can only be described as the most miserable human on the planet. The woman who I assume is the manager is VILE. She’s mean to your customers….she’s mean to your employees. Saturday, your sweet tea machine malfunctioned after I filled a cup. I let someone know right away and she came running. After turning the nozzle at least 6 times to make it stop, she’s yelling at the employees to hurry up because now they have a mess to clean up. As I apologized for something that honestly wasn’t my fault, she had the audacity to ask me why I pulled the lever?!?!!? HOW THE HELL ELSE DOES THE TEA COME OUT?!?!?!?!
I can only assume that the turnover rate in this restaurant is probably higher than any other, simply because of her. I feel bad for the people that work there.
Even if I had broken it on purpose, no one deserves to be spoken to that way. As an owner, someone really needs to do some research on what the real problem is in this place.

Nice place for lunch. They have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Gluten free bread is vegan. Food was fresh but didn’t take long to make. The decor is so cool.

It hurts me to say this, but my sub had enough mayonnaise on it to fill up your swimming pool. Not how I ordered it!!!! There was no meat hardly on it at all (HOOK & LADDER med.) A single White Castle burger has more meat on it than this sub. That was an epic Fail!!! My first time at this location . The good news is they won’t get any more bad reviews from me. Because I will not go back in there. Ever,,,,,, The parking lot is a nightmare too….. on the + side The employees all had smiles on their face and good attitudes though!!!! At least the ones that were allowed to interact with the customers

The manager is rude to customers and her employees. This usually causes chaos for doordashers and for paying customers. The rest of the staff are pretty nice considering they get yelled at the whole shift. Hard to enjoy eating when someone is yelling the whole time.
