I ordered a sandwich to go. It was not made correctly. They refused to offer me a new one. They said I had to bring the sandwich back in for a replacement. That was yesterday. I threw the sandwich away. I have my receipt still no resolution from the manager. I will not be returning!! And I’m also not impressed with the associates. No customer service at all and I wasn’t even greeted at the register. I spoke with management. Still no response.

Food was good. People didnt seem super happy. Maybe because I refuse to tip for counter service where they dont do anything but take your order and hand you a cup like every other fast food establishment.
