Food Was Terrible! I ordered extra bacon on both burgers and was charged for it & one burger had no bacon what so ever but the other burger had three pieces of bacon. Both burgers were still raw. As you can tell, i am not satisfied with this waste of $44 dollars. Order was $36.37 but I ordered through DoorDash. I get why the food was cold but Still doesn’t make up for raw meat ,

Dreary on the inside with a taste of attitude. I haven’t been to a Arby’s in years finally went back after the last time was horrible and had better expectations. The only thing the improved was the speed of the order. But id rather it take 20 min longer to get fresh hot fries instead of stale old ones they gave me. With this tiny lemonade which doesn’t look anything like the picture it’s a small. But I degress the brisket sandwhich was a 4/10 lemonade with ice filled to the brim 8/10 fries 2/10 for effort. Customer service 3/10 I asked two questions and lady had an attitude or maybe it was the tone but she was irritated all I asked was is the straw in the bag she said yes there was not I had to get one then I asked is that the correct size for the lemonade she breathe irritatedly yes. One worker sitting there scrolling on her phone when we walk in and doesn’t even acknowledge us. Another comes up to take our order. Order was made wrong. Worker then argued about what we ordered vs what we got. Remade the order. Go to leave and an employee was driving the wrong way through a clearly marked one way parking lot and almost hit my car. Get home and thought my order would be right this time since we had to argue about what it was and nope, wrong order again. Waste of $36. Will never return. There’s a reason the place is empty every time we drive by. Lesson learned.

When the lady is rude, repeatedly says she can’t hear you despite almost yelling, forgets the cheese on the beef and cheddar, forgets the order was for regular not curly fries, after confirming twice, forgets to make a sandwich without onions, and the drinks are way too syrupy, it makes you wonder: are they doing it on purpose? Because at that point simply not caring doesn’t seem to be an adequate explanation on its own.

So the lady that was working the drive thru the night of 08/24/2024 was very friendly and was hilarious!! We had a very good experience until later that night when we went to dump the remaining of our sweet teas out. We had two sweet teas, they tasted fine, one of them looked fine but one of them had some disgusting looking black gunk on the side of the cup. When I saw it I got sick to my stomach. This is actually gross, makes me never want to eat fast food again!!!

I order the hamburger I bite in my hamburger it was pink I took it back and they said that how they cook it. she says I got let them know if I want it cook all the way and she can’t cook another that’s poor customer service . They should have asked me do I want it cook all the way some people don’t know they prepare it like that.

I was in the Drive Thru attempting to order a meal and the woman taking the order was mumbling so bad I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I asked a question if she got the modification I wanted for the sandwich and she yelled at me with attitude. I get to the window and find out her name is Angela. Not only did she have bad manners and unprofessional attitude but she double charged me for fries and mozzarella sticks instead of just the mozzarella sticks. I won’t be going back if this is the service standard that’s accepted by this chain.

This is such a good fast food restaurant to get a tasty roasted beef sandwich. The meat, cheese and buns are good. The curly fries are good to have with sandwich. They have good burgers and sliders and chicken sandwiches also. They have regular soft drinks and good lemonades. They have good shakes if you want a sweet treat. It feels clean and nice for take out, drive through and dine in. Staff is nice and efficient here.

I had the very best experience tonight at this location. After a horrible day at work, I just wanted quick food so my pup and I went through the drive thru at about 8:45 on 7-25-25. I didn’t get names but the lady in the drive thru was amazing. I let her know I didn’t want really sweet lemonade and she hand made it perfectly. She and the other lady she was working with were fast, extremely nice to me and my pup, and the food was hot fresh and really good. Thank yall for making my night 100% better.
