Just had to drop in and give my 5 stars. Food is so good, I enjoyed all of the ingredients that were on my sandwhich and I loaded it up as much as I could. I ordered from grubhub but I imagine the atmosphere is still immaculate based off of the food I received. Was nice to eat something that didn’t make me lose my appetite after my first couple bites in. Some places the food just isn’t good and I’ve been struggling to eat as well since moving from the Black Hills. New favorite spot for me no doubt, had to show my appreciation! ❤️

I hadn’t had Firehouse Sub in awhile. So while out and about today I thought it sounded good. I placed an order for pick up. The order was for a Italian sub, Nacho Doritos, 2 cookies and a small drink. I picked up my order my bad for not checking it before I left. What I received was a turkey and ham sub, Cool Ranch Doritos. Cookies were correct and so was the drink but, I filled that myself. When your expecting the Italian sub, a ham and cheese sub is no where the same. Very Disappointed

Bread and meat were fresh and fantastic.
Jalapeños were only on half the sub, however. Also, way too much lettuce. Overall, I’d get it again with less lettuce.
Miss Vickie’s Sea Salt chips were lacking salt. Very oily and bland. The crunch was good, however.

Ordered items from firehouse for a family whose dad was at the heart hospital having open heart surgery – wanted to make sure the family was taken care of while waiting – being from out of state, we ordered a large variety of subs, soup, a large salad, desserts and some drinks for the family. Uber Eats was timely and got the food to them while waiting. Food was spectacular, hot, and it hit the spot! Kudos to the person that answered the phone at the store that made sure all the extras were taken care of as well: the plates, cups, utensils and plenty napkins!

Not sure what is going on with this fire house sub but I have had peanut butter and jelly with more filling then the sub I had. I bought 3 subs one for my wife and one for my truck driver, all were the same short on meat. I have been to a lot of fire house subs and order the same thing and know what the meat portion is supposed to look like. I don’t even want to talk about the Brownie that I threw out the window definitely was old. I spent over 50 dollars for stuff that we were not happy with.

Not at all what I was expecting for being the first time there. Service was not helpful and could hardly understand them. Dinning room was very small. Subs were satisfactory.
