I ordered the hook and ladder salad with ham. It was pitiful. Most of the lettuce was the white spine of the lettuce, one piece looked like part of the core. Employees were all friendly and dining room was clean.

I was originally going to give 3 stars, but after reading through the reviews, I noticed the owner/manager only seems to respond to 5-star reviews. As a business, it’s important to take accountability for all feedback, the good and the bad.
My first visit was okay; the sub was good. However, this recent experience was disappointing, especially with the food. I ordered two Captain’s Sub combos, but what I received looked more like a Club for Sub sandwich. It was missing the pepper jack cheese, spicy sauce, and crushed peppers, and instead had toppings that belong on the Club. It even came with a pickle, which the Captain’s Club doesn’t include.
While the customer service itself was good, attention to detail in food preparation is clearly needed. I really love Firehouse Subs, but this experience left me frustrated because it wasn’t what I paid for.

I ordered through the app for the new Firehouse in Millington, I set a schedule time to be picked up at 7:40 pm. I got there and waited about three minutes tops. Received my and drinks and was out the door in time and the subs still good. When I got home 20 minutes later. Clean and friendly service.

Elijah (I believe that’s his name) has excellent customer service! On my first visit, my order was made incorrectly, but he was so kind and apologetic about it. I stopped by again today, and he had the same positive attitude and friendly tone. Truly great customer service every time!

Great customer service and the food was excellent. The problem is the male manager that was raising his voice and being disrespectful to the young female worker, to the point I even said something, he ignored me. Maybe you need to look into training management on appropriate ways to speak to staff.

It just opened so it’s very crowded and chaotic. I had to wait a little longer than I should have, but the sub was amazing.
