The food is very good. The steak is perfectly cooked and delicious. The wood fired sourdough bread and the cookies are both excellent.
The restaurant is small. Seating can be difficult. Tables are very close together to the point it feels like one communal table. People from neighboring tables start participating in your private conversations. Some people may like it, others won’t. We would be happy to eat there again because of the delicious food and the attentive service.

This place is amazing. We come here once or twice a week because the food is just that good. The pizza is incredible—I’m pretty sure they use ingredients from Italy. The steak, carpaccio, and lasagna are also fantastic.
Josh, one of the servers, always makes the experience even better. He’s friendly, attentive, and just all-around great. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

Great experience sitting at the bar. Joe was the most attentive bartender! The food was delish. The pizza dough was outstanding. And don’t skip the cookies! I’m unfamiliar with the previous version of this restaurant but apparently the burger isn’t on the current menu. I heard a few people ask about it so wanted to mention it.

I went with two of my girl friends to eat dinner and celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation. Our waitress was so nice and great, however, the food was mid (felt like it needed something more) and the owner was rude. We were asked to leave by the owner when we hadn’t even received our dessert OR our check. Safe to say I will not be back. We spent over $300 there and felt like a burden.

Excellent service. Even though it is in a grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center, it has a nice outdoor patio with a small interior and some bar seating. Relaxing vibe. The food is amazing. Beginning with the short rib agnolotti followed by a margarita pizza with amazing sourdough crust. The steak was very good but the potato it was served on was the real hit. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a nice end and not too heavy nor dense. This restaurant will be in a regular rotation. Well done.

A delicious delight! We had a really fun night at this new hot spot with friends and loved everything we ate. Particular favorites included:
– Red snapper perfectly prepared on a bed of elevated grits
– ALL the bread including the pizzas. You can really taste the sourdough difference and smoky wood-fired flavor.
– The marinated mushrooms on the pizza were so good, I would order extras on the side
– The remoulade for the artichoke appetizer was really tasty
– The tiramisu was fantastic
– Excellent wine menu – we had a bottle of the Pinot Noir
If you’re looking for a Midtown vibe near the perimeter with a great buzz, beautiful decor, great food and great service, check it out now before you can’t get a table.

We just dined at Bocado for the first time. What an amazing experience. We were greeted immediately at the front door by a friendly young lady. We sat at the bar and met Chris. What an ambassador for the business. He was very engaging and friendly. He truly wanted to know who we were. He appears to be serious about building business. We had locals sitting around us. We chatted with them. They obviously loved the restaurant. We had a delicious pizza and the French Chardonnay. The pizza was just wonderful. We will be going back. What a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant.

Great experience at this new location. Right around the corner from home, so a perfect spot for us. We had the pizza and it was fantastic. Great crust, tasty ingredients, and good preparation. I had the highlighted Bolognese pizza and it was fantastic. There were a couple of items not yet available, but we’ll be back to try those out soon!

Best Pizza in Atlanta! It’s tastes like it’s straight from Naples! The owner, Brian, is a great guy whos truly passionate about how he sources the ingredients for his food. He was kind enough to send us home with a freshly baked sourdough bread . Delicious! Cant wait to come back

I had the Filet Mignon with Bone Marrow Butter. The steak was cooked perfectly and the entire dish was delicious.
The restaurant is a beautiful and intimate space with both inside and exterior seating. I ate at the bar area inside and received impeccable service.
I’m looking forward to my next visit.
