Sweet and Spicy Meatball Sub is delicious. The Datil pepper brings the slight addition of heat with the sweet tomato sauce. I ordered on the garlic bread with provolone and added pepper jack cheese, my go to, absolutely made perfectly each time. Staff has always been polite and professional. Get an order of meatballs for spaghetti later on in the week. Don’t forget they aid with Fire fighters equipment through donations.

Place was clean. Price was fair for the local market. The place was really empty only one person in front of me but it still took 14 minutes to get me a medium roast beef sandwich. Not sure if that’s the norm. Two of the people seemed to be arguing about something while I stood waiting to be attended. It was actually kind of awkward while standing there. The flavor of the sandwich was good but the meat was tough and didn’t bite apart nicely. If if I go back I’d try another sandwich.

We always get great customer service here! Even with having a picker eater, they always customize and always get it right! We have been going to this location for the last 2 years. Always clean and friendly service. Busy during lunchtime, but we always hit the off hours. They now serve fries! Plenty of parking and easy getting in and out.

Great spot for lunch. Whatever sandwich you are in the mood for. The prices are great and they now serve french fries!! The store is always clean and they always greet you with ” welcome to firehouse!” They have chili and it is good. I like the variety of chips to choose from. The pickle on the side hit the spot every time.

Food is okay but the quality has sure gone down over the years. They used to be a whole lot quicker making the subs, especially when no one is in the place and employees weren’t doing anything. I used to work every job at Firehouse Subs, they preached 4-6 minute ticket times to us daily. It seems now that has gone out the window. Went in a couple days ago, ordered 2 medium subs and there was 1 ticket that had 1 sandwich on it in front of me. I sat there for 12 minutes waiting on 2 subs. Corporate needs to get involved with this store and get them back up to speed, because that is pitiful.

Oh my God talk about attitude I ordered my food. Had to wait over 25 minutes before I received it. Watched other people walk in order and get their food. Online orders were taking presidents over in-store paying customers. I was not the only person that was upset with the service and the attitude of the workers making the sandwiches. Major attitude will never eat there again.

November 21st ordered a medium hook and ladder combo with fries told it would be 15 minutes 45 mins later still no sandwich not too big of a deal but when I finally got my order they forgot the fries and hadn’t cooked any was told it would be another 30 mins wait for fries. Pretty ridiculous since there were 3 other people waiting on fries and they hadn’t bothered to start making them. But in light of all that the sandwich was really good wouldn’t say worth the wait.

Came in before we hit the airport (Jax). Wife and I walked to the counter and I said hi to the black woman at the register and before I even finished saying hi she immediately spoke over me and said someone will be right with us. I said nope and sat down, no way shape or form will I spend money at a facility that cannot provide at least a smile and a hey. Absolutely nothing.
To the woman, go home if you’re having a bad day. Don’t be rude because you hate where you’re at in life and working at a high class goodcents/subway. My wife didn’t get anything either and had no idea what happened until she saw the woman behind the counter rolling her eyes at what her mother ordered. Completely put a sour taste in my mouth.
This store needs to either be revamped with folk that enjoy work or they’ve gotta close this. You cannot continue to provide bad service.

Extremely freaking slow. Speed is not one of their strong suits. Better order ahead or go somewhere else if you plan on enjoying your valuable short lunch time. They will make you late to your 1 o’clock meeting. Promise. Sub was good tho.
