Terrible experience. Store was empty when we arrived, we placed our order. The two guys working appeared to be fighting. Other customers came in after us. After three of them were serviced, I asked about our sandwiches. The younger man smirked. I asked if there was a problem, he said “yeah” and kind of walked away. After another order was filled, I went back up. The younger man told me they were working on it. I asked how much longer since 4 other people, that came in after us, had been served ahead of us. He said 5 or 10 minutes. We waited 15. We went back to the counter, the older man said he didn’t know why our sandwiches were not made. The younger man said, again, they were working on it. We asked for a refund. The older man was very apologetic and tried to do the refund. Only he couldn’t get it to go through. Another 15 minutes was spent waiting for him. He had to call someone for help. We love Firehouse but will not be back to this location. We were there over an hour.

I ordered online at around 6:20, the mobile app said pick up around 6:50. I arrived at the store at 6:50 and went to the mobile pickup end of the counter. A worker asked what I was there for and when I told him my name he said he hadn’t seen my order. The other worker at the counter then rudely stepped in and waived me over to the checkout. I showed him my phone and said my order was placed, I have been charged, and it should be ready. He was blatantly rude the rest of my experience. He rudely read me off all of the names of orders that had been placed. When I asked if there was a way to fix it, he again was very rude and said he didn’t see my order anywhere. I stepped away from the counter to allow another customer to order. I placed a complaint on the app to have my order refunded. I then asked the rude worker if I could order in store. Again, he was blatantly rude the whole time we ordered. He also was very rude when we attempted to pay with a $100 bill ( our bill was $50, so not an absurd amount of change needed), he said we would have to talk to management about not accepting $100 bills. I ended up paying with my card and we waiting an additional 15 minutes for our food. The food we received was very sloppily put together and had very little meat.
I understand technology can have issues, but was very dissatisfied with the human customer service we received. I will not be back to this location.

Atmosphere-4 stars- themed to show support of the local Fire Departments and first responders. Plenty of seating and was very clean.
Service-4 stars- Counter service but staff was very friendly.
Food- Got a medium Italian Sub which was a good size. The meats are steam heated. Quality meats and cheeses are used. Would eat here again.

I dash from a lot of places in the area and this is one of the nicer places in Fairmont with a pickup rack for convenience and a freestyle machine for more drink options! Can’t beat that with these premium sandwiches at subway!

I rarely leave reviews less than 5 star, but was disappointed with money I spent. Sandwich was soggy and didn’t taste as good as previous visits I have made to other FS locations, several people were waiting on orders and employees were moving very, very slowly. I am generally very patient with this sort of thing, but it was obvious they were not concerned at all with being behind. Will say cashier was friendly and restaurant was clean. Overall, not worth the 20 bucks

Two guys can’t agree on how to serve their customers. Lots of attitude in the kitchen. One guy seemed to think it was funny that he was passing on fixing our food. We came in to an empty store and placed an order. Everyone after us was getting served. Waited 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Got lots of excuses and several people were served ahead of us. Asked for a refund and had to wait another 15 minutes for that. There are lots of places that serve food. Do your self a favor and skip this one.

Associate rude. I placed order on door dash at 6:50 or so. I call at 7:30 and the Associate was so rude and disrespected and not solving I hung up. I call back it 8:30. Same associate with some.kind of accent lied.and said he was behind. Ok 2 hours behind you shouldn’t have that job. I will NOT EVER do business with this store.

Good Steak and Cheese! My daughter said her Meatball sub was good as well. I’ve had the steak and cheese several times over the last few months or so and the service and food have both been good.
