Apparently they are out of the roast beef dip. However it is still available online for ordering. When I got to the store for pick up, my order wasn’t ready. I was informed that it was out of stock. If I would like to exchange for another sandwich. When I mentioned the price difference, nothing was done no refund or offer for a side or anything. Also the quality of the sandwiches are not the same. Thanks firehouse for the inconvenience.

Been to several in this popular chain. The store was filled with smoke, and we waited a long time for our food after it was ordered. Like… unusually long. Food was excellent though. Good thing, or we wouldnt be back. Maybe they were just slammed. It was hard to say. They all seemed really unmotivated.

This place needs a redo from the top. Who ever owns this establishment needs to leave asap. The employees are okay there used to be some good ones but they are no longer there. Lisa oddly enough is still there who hates being in the public eye . No greeting or smiles from her or the others that work there. The food is alright depends who makes it. other than that stay away and hopefully they revamp this place quick.

I took the time to choose each ingredient for the sandwich; I did not get it. I even asked for “extra toasted” but it did not matter, I received an almost cold sandwich. I asked for some packets(sauce), but I did not see any. I just have one question for you: Why put all those pretty options to choose from online if you are going to make it the way you want to anyway? Look at the pictures. Does that scream “extra toasted” or “yummy” to you?
