The app offered a 25% discount for online orders today and when I went to checkout the discount didn’t work. I called the store and was told their store doesn’t honor app discounts. So I cancelled it. Don’t send me offers I can’t use.

Just waited 25 minutes for a sandwich that never came and I was the only person in the shop. Online orders obviously take priority over somebody in the shop.I had to ask for my money back to which the employee simply said okay you’ll get your money back in 2 to 3 days. I am a regular customer at this store and while the wait times are quite long even if they are not busy I’m usually ok waiting. But waiting 25 minutes in an empty store only to be told sure here’s your money back bye. Sorry but there is a limit to everyone’s patience.
Edit: I have since been back and had good experiences. I guess it just depends on what time of day and how busy they are as to what experience you will have. Food is always good despite inconsistencies in wait times.
