I had an awesome experience at Firehouse Subs in Windsor! The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, which made the whole visit even better. The sandwich I ordered, and it was delicious. The bread was fresh, the ingredients were top-notch, and everything was packed with flavor. You can really tell they care about quality.
Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming vibe. It’s definitely the kind of place I’d come back to for a solid, satisfying sub.
If you’re looking for a great sandwich spot, I highly recommend checking it out!

I paid $11 for a salad from Firehouse Subs and honestly regret not just going to Subway. The lettuce was wilted, brown in spots, and looked like it had been prepped during the Great Lettuce Famine of 2020. Not fresh, not worth the price, and definitely not appetizing. Super disappointing from a place I’ve usually had better experiences with.

Ordered online for pickup. Received the smokehouse beef and cheddar sandwich correctly, the other part of our order was to be a turkey bacon ranch slightly modified, but Received just a turkey and yellow mustard sandwich somehow. No bacon, no lettuce, no honey mustard(add on). Not sure how that got Mixed up.

I just wanted to share how wonderful the staff is at the Firehouse Subs in Windsor! Everyone is always so kind, friendly, and welcoming every time I come in. I recently had a small issue with my sandwich — it accidentally had mustard on it — so I went back to have it remade, and they were absolutely great about it.
Kristen and the manager was a total sweetheart, and Carlos was so professional, kind and welcoming. They remade my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you so much — I really appreciate their kindness and the great customer service. They truly went above and beyond and made my lunchtime such a positive experience!

We ordered 4 subs at 7:07pm online order. Pick up time 7:30pm. Seven people on duty and only 2 making sandwiches when we walked in they were chit chatting instead of working. We waited 15 mins went up to ask about our order. I am working on it. I don’t think they were. We left the store 5 minutes to 8pm. You are better off ordering door dash to your house from a Fort Collins store to Severance and it would arrive faster than the service. The dining room needs wiped down and swept. They were more worried about talking to each other than getting the work out. We won’t be going back if we do we will go to the Firehouse in Fort Collins better sevice. Manager pops in says good job guys I appreciate you. At that point everyone was on the line how convenient when he shows up. Friday night sandwich will take an hour to make here. Just go to the store and make your own.

Well I was given mixed reviews on this place from friends but after experiencing this place first hand, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a small meatball pepperoni sub combo to which I had to repeat to the lady 3 times because she was paying more attention to what everyone was doing around her then my order. She did that again to the three other people that ordered behind me. Then as I sat there are two of the people that were behind me got there order before I did. When I asked, how about my sandwich?They said, sorry.We had to get extra pickles out of the back…….but All three orders behind me ordered extra pickles as well lol. So they lied to me to cover the fact they forgot to make my sandwich. Now the sub was good with great flavor but felt really inadequate with only two meat balls and one pepperoni slice. So I Wouldn’t recommend this place as the service wasn’t great and its was a bit pricey for a small combo at $12.99

I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches that we aren’t willing to finish eating due to my 7 year old daughter biting into a fingernail sized piece of jagged metal that was in her sandwich. They were unable to issue a refund in store and now I have to wait on the online system to get back to me. I am wary to return to this location seeing as I’m worried the metal came from their meat slicer or something commonly used and that the meat from our sandwich weren’t the only one(s) affected.

Outstanding crew, with a lot of energy. Fast friendly and on point during my visit. My sandwich was loaded, and the pickle spear completed the perfect paring. Location is conveniently located at the perfect roundabout. I will definitely wrap around to have this exceptional service again.

I just picked up my first ever sub from Firehouse and my bacon is barely cooked. I choose to call and let them know so that it wouldn’t happen to anyone else and before I could explain, I was interrupted. Once I was able to speak, I explained my sandwich had uncooked bacon in it and the response was “oh” and hung up the phone. So, no more Firehouse subs for me.
