I love this place i give them 10 out of 10 for flavor and the ingredients are plentiful. I have never gotten a sandwich i didn’t like. The heated sandwich is excellent turkey and provolone i know no matter where I go firehouse subs will be consistent with sandwiches I can expect everything to be great. Go out and support your local firemen while you are there try all their sauces i love the signature sauce I got a bottle for home. I also bought a pickle bucket to wash my car. Go check them out you will be happy you did

I love fire house always order their subs. However, this experience was probably one of the worst ,stuck here at work I decided to order through DoorDash once I receive my food in a timely manner upon opening the sealed bag and pulling out my sub , I see a long piece of black hair sticking out of the box. Immediately I called the Restaurant and ask who has long black hair… The cashier proceeded to lie and say nobody there has long black hair, so I decided to investigate on my own upon arriving at the store 10 minutes later, I noticed the lady who is fixing this food, and who answered the phone has the long black hair that was in my food… She was not empathetic, nor was she sorry about it, and her make up look like it was peeling off of her face… How can somebody with that type of appearance be working around food also be working without a hairnet, totally unsanitary and highly disappointment.

Yeah the customer service does suck. Over charged me for a veggie and when I switched to turkey because why not, it’s the same price now. They gave me shit. Looked at me like I was the problem.

I asked for a side of carolina gold BBQ sauce and then the young man asked the lady something in Spanish and then told me that they didn’t have any. I asked them how they didn’t have any but they’re promoting a New Carolina Gold BBQ sandwich! And he said that they had to make more. why didn’t anyone make more when you’re promoting a brand New Carolina Gold sandwich! Mind you they didn’t tell me that they were out of anything and that was one of my options! It seems like either they didn’t make any more sauce because they didn’t want to have to make that sandwich or they were just being lazy and didn’t want to get it for me. Either way that really bothered me.

My first time ever eating here at Firehouse Subs my food was delicious. I got the smokehouse beef brisket it was tender and very flavorful. OMG I also bought a second to take home it was so good. I’ve found a new place to eat after my doctor appointment before my hour drive home.

Customer service is laughable, staff member never looked up from her phone, just pointed at the shelf for the pickup order. Dining area was empty, dirty tables, dirty floor. Side note: Firehouse should be embarrassed by that “hot sauce bar”…which was also filthy. The food was standard.
