I just ordered French fries. They were fried to order so I didn’t have to fight for them to be hot. Well seasoned. They come with a sauce but I preferred the ketchup that was provided upon request. Place was clean & every customer who came in the door was greeted. Solid 5 stars.

I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the amount of filling in the sandwich. Pastrami took me back to my childhood when we would go to the deli to take some home. The place was hopping and it took a little while, but we’re ok with that. The staff was very nice.

Food was good until I found myself chewing paper. It appears to be the paper from the meat being in the steamer and tore leaving part of it on my sandwich.
In my opinion, person making this sandwich should have known the paper tore. It was early so cant blame it on being busy.

I had an issue with my Uber eats order from this location and called to inquire about the best resolution regarding my order. I spoke with Jay who was said to be one of the managers. Jay didn’t sound like he was educated at all for a managerial position. He then pushed my call off on Jocelyn idk I guess that’s her name as another manager and she was not skilled enough either to handle customer service complaints. I asked if they could provide a refund for the sub that I clearly still have and provide my missing oatmeal cookie which is documented with Uber eats. In addition, when I was told no refund would be provided, I then asked would they remake the sub, and her response was no I had to go through the third party. Huh? The third party didn’t make the food they delivered it. The food was made incorrectly and it was soggy. This manager also said she will not give my information to the owner for a call back because I am not able to tell her what the call is regarding. Mind you I repeated my concern numerous times and she became rude by talking over me until I just hung up the call. If anybody out there knows who franchise the Chapel Hill location, please have them contact me for further details on this very important matter before further actions are taken. The information was left with your so called manager.

Extremely disappointed in today’s service. An online order and it may seem that comprehension may be an issue. Didn’t receive my grandson’s apple juice. The cookies were rock hard and not soft. Typically with multiple orders they apply stickers with numbers. Nope! And it looked as if the food was thrown into a bag. I tried 10 times to call store but it keeps running a busy signal. Had no choice but to write my grievance here. Do Better!!!!

Great sub shop one of my favorite chains I love the Italian sub here it thr next best thing if you miss a Quiznos too that’s how I ended up finding the chain. Love their founders missions, the staff was great and completed my order. The parking lot around lunch is very rough to get and out of and people lacked some patience.

Good sub place to eat. We ordered a turkey club, hero sub and a Philly cheese steak and it was really good. They use real cane sugar in the tea. The sandwiches have plenty juicy meat on them and vegetables. The atmosphere was just like any other sub restaurant. I really enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our dinner while fellowshipping.
