This was my first time eating at firehouse and overall it was a good experience. We ordered our food online through the store and went and picked it up. Our sandwiches were hot and they tasted good, but the ham sandwich was a little smaller than I was thinking it would be. If you’re not a fan of having to place your own order on a kiosk inside then this is not the place for you. It wasn’t a bad experience, but wasn’t anything special either.

Karen and team, thank you! I walked in and was instantly greeted. Then I could hear Karen brain storming with other team members on creative ways to greet customers and encouraging them to share any ideas of how they could improve. Had a pickup time of 6:30 and it was prepped and ready to go when I got there! There was no gluten free bread (order mix up, that is quickly being resolved) and Karen was SO apologetic and offered every solution she could think of. We will be back when the truck comes in!

The food itself tastes good but the workers don’t seem to pay attention to the details in the orders.

I have gone here many times and every time they mess up the customizations on the sandwiches. It’s never appeared to be busy when I’ve been there and never took long to get my order, maybe 5-10 minutes from ordering, which sounds fine to me. The problem is they have a build your own sandwich option, add-ons, or even things you might want taken off and you can do that or ask them. However, in my experience, it has not been done that way so I’ve paid extra money for the basic sandwiches.

I keep going because the food is good, it still tastes good, and I always hope they will get it together and pay attention to the details. Double check the orders.

The workers- weren’t accommodating, On 2/28. All the workers were busy- so I didn’t mind waiting a bit- but the moment 10 mins became 30 I got annoyed- they kept going back and forth for 2 tables that already had their food- then ignored me and my husband as we waited for our food then tossed our food on the counter and yelled out my name. Then?! They brought food out to the other tables with smiles and conversations. It felt..kinda prejudice …please do betterzz

My pickup order was finally completed *20 minutes late*. At no time did a manager attempt to come forward, explain the problem, aplologize, try to make it right, or get the order back on track. It started bad and got worse. When I got to the restaurant, the two female employees present weren’t moving quickly at all. Their lack of sense of urgency was inconsistent with the current traffic level at the store. They clearly weren’t going to break a sweat for anyone! When they heard me tell the employee nearest the pickup shelf that I was there for an order that was already due, that was the last time they would even make eye contact with me!
They knew they’d screwed up but took no responsibility for it. They basically threw the male employee nearest me under the bus to deal with me. They didn’t do anything to try to get the order back on track.

After the order being completed *20 minutes late*, they compounded their incompetence, or their arrogance, by stealing another couple dollars from me by not including the brownie I’d paid for! They took twenty extra minutes and still couldn’t get the order right, and didn’t care in the least!

I don’t go but once or twice in the month and your staff recognizes me and says hello Reggie, every time I enter to pick up my order. The special touches towards returning customers is amazing. You don’t get that from other places often seems like customer service is a lost art these days.

Clean, professional, and quite tasty. I had never tried Firehouse because I was under the assumption that they only had hot Subs. This is not the case, you can order any of their subs hot or cold. They also have a variety of soups, chili, mac and cheese and side salads. I will definitely visit again. EDIT: SELF-ORDER & PAY KIOSKS ONLY… I’m out.

Absolutely horrible! Placed my order at 5:47 and at 6:45 still waiting and now have to get a refund. They have 5 people working and a lobby full of people. If you can’t keep up with online and in store then shut down online ordering. Worst experience here. Really don’t know if I’ll be back to this location

Don’t advertise toasted sandwiches if they’re not. Decided to get less mayo this time in hopes of avoiding bread that is the same consistency as said mayo, and now I know why the bread is always slimy, they don’t actually toast it. I’d also appreciate the two pieces of bread are at least a little lined up when they cut the thing so I can avoid two halves that have a overhang of over an inch. Disappointing
