First time at this location. It sits in behind a gas station and sits at an angle so you have to drive in and out of a maze to get to building.
Usually I want a cold sub but today I wanted a hit one. Changed my mind at last minute and it didn’t disappoint. They now have an upcharge for a combo where you can get fries. It’s nice having that option. They were Chris and delicious and come with Hero Sauce.
Tried the Sauce bar for the first time. Labeled with numbers for spiciness. I didn’t know what I wanted and the manager or owner saw me looking and came over and described a couple different ones. I tried all the ones he suggested and wasn’t disappointed. They even have a carrot chipotle, don’t knock it until you try it.
Love their mission on how they support communities and firehouses. I did forget to ask if they still sell the pickle buckets. I always use to get those, come in real handy at home

Windows time is very slow. Waited 15 mins for our food and we were the only one in line. The food was amazing . They kept forgetting items that we ordered and had to keep coming back to the window. But all in all I’m going back!!!! Maybe someone was training or something. Idc try the roast beef with the gravy sauce….omggggg

**After ordering We were told cash only.
Bathrooms dirty and unclean
Floors dirty with food.
Tables food on them, we cleaned them.
My family of 6 was not served one item correctly.
Managers of People and things know what “ok” looks like and there is no effort in that establishment.
We drove an Hr to get there, I will probably not get my family to go to another FHS again, overall very poor for a normally good franchise.

Horrible service! I love Firehouse Subs and stop at one every chance I get. We waited for over 5 minutes and no one showed up at the register, not even to tell us they are busy, they weren’t. There were 2 other customers waiting with us, we all left without the food. I met one customer leaving empty handed when walking in, so I am guessing 4 customers lost. The car at the drive through window was waiting for over 12 minutes, I could see the screen with service times. After we left, I stopped at the gas station. That car was still there when I was done, so probably more than 15 minutes wait at the drive through!!! No other customers!

Cashier was not very pleasant. Ordered our meal and was asked if we wanted to make one of the meals a combo with fries. Said yes, got a bottled water as the drink. Husband went to pick up sandwiches, we didn’t get the fries because she didn’t ring up one meal a combo. Bottled water was approx. 2.60. Got our sandwiches and it looked like they were thrown together. We were at the restaurant at around 2:20. There might have been 2 other cars there that weren’t employees vehicles. Already made a note never to stop there again.

4:00 p.m. five employees there and one came in. All not doing much except for the one person that made our sub . There was no drive-thru business and we were the only customers while we were there. The tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and garbage overflowing the floor needed to be swept. Maybe during downtime things can be scrubbed and refreshed.

Not sure why this restaurant isn’t busier. Very good sandwiches. Appreciated the employees making the sandwiches as ordered. Friendly and quick service. Didn’t have to wait long for our food. Will be back.

Ordered on the app. Asked for extra deli mustard, but probably got 1/2 tsp on the entire sandwich so not even tasted it. On app, also requested an extra pickle on the side, but got no pickle at all. Requested salt and pepper on sandwich, tasted none. I guess they can’t read because it all was stated on the order.

I was able to visit here on opening day this morning. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub combo with the baked potato soup. It is absolutely delicious! Great customer service and the drive thru is a plus! I will be returning!

We’ve been here twice in the past year and have yet to be served. The first time we waited forever at the drive thru and no one ever came on the speaker, so we left… today we tried again and they came on the speakers and said it would be a 10-15 wait because they were changing shifts! I’ve never had that happen at any drive thru before, we won’t be back. Find some better employees. I rarely ever give a bad review but 2 times at this location and had to go elsewhere… this is the worst firehouse we have ever been too.
