The meatball sub is the best. Honestly, the salad is beautiful and delicious too. The portion sizes are not as big as you’d expect for the price but the taste helps close the gap. Lots of seating with sports playing on the TV on the wall. Great option for subs and salad.

I placed a pickup order for three sandwiches, one side and two drinks last night. When I arrived to pick it up I was early because the app just said pick up ASAP. That was not a big deal and waiting a few minutes is not a problem. The order was ready and they gave me the sandwiches and no side and no drinks. I was then told that the side we had ordered was out and the offered a substitution. I accepted then I see them get cold chili out of the back and put it in the microwave. I then also had to ask for drink cups. When we got the sandwiches home two were made incorrectly. I did not want to go down there again and waste time so I wrote to Firehouse customer service. I hoped that the manager would get the information and make changes. I felt terrible for the two people working because it was busy and they were left alone. I am positive the mistakes to our orders were all because there were so many online orders and people coming in and ordering at the register with only two people working. That means that one employee is responsible for making the bulk of the food. Management should make sure they are supporting their staff not just leaving them to the wolves. Instead of this going anywhere positive I was greeted by a text message in the middle of the night inviting me to not come back to the store. Message received. I will not be back.

Came in earlier. This place has changed drastically and not for the good. The atmosphere seemed really negative. Use to come im here 3 times a week when the manager was a big bald guy and an Arabic guy. You could totally tell the atmosphere and vibes were positive. They would talk to you and engage. I don’t know what this colored hair manager is doing but its not good. Her attitude and demeanor is really negative and off putting. Not approachable at all. Not a good look. I wont be back cause its all changed. No customer service here anymore. Its like here, let someone take your order and cash, now get out cause I have your cash. It wasn’t like that a few months ago with the other manager and guy staff. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to visit some other establishment thats more inviting and positive vibes. Fyi, I’m a regional manager of a food chain. I can tell you that this type of environment, you will lose staff and patrons.

Would have loved to give this place five stars, like I do with 98% of my reviews (check my reviews and you’ll see). But they made two mistakes:
1. They forgot my cookie
2. They gave me a regular Coke when my order was clearly for Diet Coke.
Hate to be negative but common guys, two stars. The food was still delicious, can’t complain about the sandwiches, there blew my socks off. Literally, still can’t find them.

I ordered the Steak and Cheese. Is it supposed to be this thin? (It looks way better in the app). It was mostly bread and you can see the difference compared to my husband’s sandwich. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back as it was a bit disappointing it was so chincy.

Good luck being able to communicate in English. I was yelled at in Spanish. And it wasn’t nice when I walked in.
I understood the negative connotation bc I speak fluent Spanish.
I won’t return here or buy from firehouse again.
The place is a dump. Always dirty and the employees don’t care.
Waited patiently for my order. Was looked at several times while a team member deliberately ignored me.
Don’t waste your time or money here.

The only reason I am leaving a review is because I hope this gets the owners attention. Sunday night you only had 2 people working which on slow days I understand. But the to women working were being swamped with online orders and in person orders. I felt bad for the woman serving me she apologized about the wait which once I saw what was going on was not an issue. I do feel like management needs to be better not just for the customer but for the worker to. You are going to burn through workers and no one will want to work there take care of your employees. Hell if its slammed like that I would like to think the GM or higher ups would step in and help. I see that the one in Riverton just closed its doors it wasn’t even open for a year. Im assuming its burn out. Hope this reaches to someone that can actually make a difference…

So so disappointed. When I arrived there tonight, only 1 person was in there and they had already ordered their food and were waiting. I ordered mine (half a sandwich and that’s it) and sat down to wait. Now, this Firehouse is notorious for taking a long time for a sandwich (at least in my experience)… However, I waited almost 20 minutes for half a sandwich. The two girls who were working there tonight were laughing and joking and talking about taking pictures. My husband had enough time to drive to Cubby’s, wait in their line, wait for his food, and he still had his 5 minutes before I got mine. He got a full meal, I got half a sandwich. 2 teenage girls playing around and 20 minutes later, I get a sandwich that is soggy and SO poorly made. 90% of the meat was on one side of the sandwich while the other had barely any. TERRIBLE service and I will likely not return.
