I had the worst experience at this location and trust and believe I will never order there again
I saw a promotion (buy 1 get 1 free) so I decided that would be a great choice for lunch. I ordered it for delivery at 2:05pm. 3:14pm rolls around and I still haven’t recieved my order. I called at the location and this lady picks up the phone. I explained that I have been waiting over an hour for my food and she starts giving me the nastiest attitude. She then tells me that the uber driver never confirmed with them and basically took my food. I said how do you let someone pick up food and not confirm the order. She starts to get nasty again. I asked to speak with the store manager and she proceeds to tell me she was the manager. Ok cool. I do not know why but it pissed me off so bad because it is always our people… If you are getting angry you should not be working anywhere with people… I got in my car so fast and pulled up on that locatiom because at this point who was tlkin to me like that???? When I get there I asked to speak to the manager and this sweet lady said she was the manager. Whole time the lady who was giving me all that nasty attitude typing her fingers away (wasn’t even the damn manager) So i explained to the lady about the situation and she said she is not able to refund me but she can remake them . I said yes as long as you make it because I will be
damned if i let that nasty attitude lady touch my damn food …. And i am not letting it go either… i will call that store and email whoever everyday until someone speaks to me because i promise she will never give a person an attitude ever again …. I am disgusted

WE LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS AND THIS LOCATION. KG, the General Manager, is one of the sweetest, most thoughtful people I have ever met. She surprises my son with goodies every Friday, and even bought him a Christmas present! She is truly one of a kind and goes above and beyond! I wish I could add the picture of her and my son together!
Casey is another employee that deserves spot light. She is so friendly and helpful. She helped my son get cleaned up today because of the “sticky stuff” on his arms.

Had a wonderful experience at this Fire House location! Not only was the lady taking the orders friendly, the sub maker himself was a joy. He was friendly, professional, and you could tell he was serious about his job. Our subs were made with care. He even added some extra pickles with our sandwiches upon request. Our food was perfectly made and devoured immediately! Thank you!

Well first off I’ve never had Firehouse subs so I went in and got the firehouse hero and fries Kenneth that checked me out was very nice but the lady at the end on the counter was very rude when handing over my order not to mention when I left I went home and ate my food the fries were absolutely horrible for a texture person like me but I also ended up throwing up all of my food within an hour

Seemed on drugs, confused and sad. Only the order taker/ Manager seemed normal. None were happy. Then they hit you up for donations at the register.
They were pressuring me to order as soon as I walked in so I ordered the Italian and asked for vinegar and oil. They put sweet mayo. It was nasty. I’ve never had an “Italian’ sub with mayo.
The bread wasn’t good. They toasted it (which I don’t like) without asking.
$9.50 for a 9″ sub. Overpriced for the quality IMO. First and last visit. Jersey Mike’s is better in every way.

We like Firehouse subs but this location is always a disaster. The last 3 times in the store (over 6 mos), it’s been dirty & poorly stocked. The people behind the counter are indifferent at best & more often just rude. Today it was 3 kids under the age of 20 working, multiple people waiting for online orders & rather than calling names, they just set them BEHIND the counter so people never know they are done. I waited 30 mins (after being told my order was up next) for my order because they couldn’t be bothered to say a name. When I asked TWICE about the order. They need an actual responsible adult to oversee that store because whoever is currently doing it isn’t aware of what’s going on.
