I come here often for lunch, and it’s usually very busy. I started ordering online so my food would be ready when I arrived. The app said my order would be ready at 12:20, but it’s now 12:45. They also tried to give me a random order that wasn’t mine, and I’m glad I checked before leaving.
Another customer was complaining and asked for a refund because he said he spent his entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich. It seems like they need more staff during the lunch rush because they consistently fall at least 40 minutes behind on orders. The restaurant is always packed with customers, but they can’t keep up.

This is my 1st time eating at a Firehouse Sub restaurant and I was so impressed that I just found my New Sub restaurant. The staff were all nice and friendly and the food was excellent. The store was clean and just a nice place to take a friend for a sub. Keep up the great work and I will see you next time

The quality here is usually pretty good but I guess the quality depends on what time of the day it is. My wife and I were there a little after 7 last night. At least 6 employees standing around talking behind the counter and 1 of them was making it sandwiches. He must have been pretty distracted by the conversation because my “sandwich” was just a glob of meat and cheese in the middle of the bread so almost half the sandwich was just bread, mayonnaise, and onions and the rest had the toppings with a lump of meat and cheese in the middle. They didn’t even add the pickles we asked for. Very disappointed. From now on we’re going to Jimmy John’s!

We stopped here after my son graduated from the Fire Academy, my son and the family were treated like royalty. Each employee thanked my son for his service and genuinely meant it. We had a fantastic meal and exceptional service. Thank you all so much for making our evening even more enjoyable; you guys did a great job making a new fireman feel really appreciated !!! I have frequented this store many times in the past and always feel welcomed like family. I would like to thank the employees for going above and beyond and giving my son a little extra on his special night. If you want a great sub and tasty side dishes with pleasantly perfect service give this location a try, you won’t regret it !!!

The people that work here are very friendly. I was not expecting my sandwich to be so saugy though. I was wondering why it was in a container instead of just wrapped in paper. But it was warm, sloppy to eat, falling apart but was tasty. Chips were a very good price. There are a lot of options at the pop machine.
