This was the first time my husband has ever been here, I told him it was really good. Our server Rian was excellent, she was very attentive we didn’t have to look for her once. She always had a smile and she was friendly and helpful. I really think that she needs a raise, you know who I’m talking about because she spells her name R I a n. Are needs to be more servers out there like her, she helped my husband and I on all the little things that would normally make someone mad. Every time we asked her a question she had a smile on her face and was more than happy to help.

Our server was awesome, and the prices are pretty reasonable, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. We ordered chips and queso, and it was obviously from a can and barley warm. I mean, the name of the restaurant has the words scratch kitchen in it, and they’re serving queso from a can. I ordered a southern fried steak, and it was terrible. Although quite large, I couldn’t taste the beef. It was literally nothing but salty breading. Ordered three drinks and could not detect any alcohol. Overall, not good. Won’t be going back.

We came at 4:30pm on a Monday and had a 10 minute wait because they didn’t have servers for some reason. Not a big deal but kind of odd. The place is nice and clean. I had the grilled chicken salad and it was delicious.

For just recently opening I have to hand it to all the staff. They told us 10 minutes and kept to it, customer service was great and the food was on point for the chain! Definitely will be back.

Tried the new location this past weekend. Arrived as they opened. Seated promptly and service was generally prompt. A few cases of empty water/tea as they got busier. Roll delivered were cool and tasted day old. Food was not nailed as I remember at past times dining at Cheddars over the years. Wasn’t bad, just nothing stood out above any other chain. Was a bit disappointed
