From the second I walk into the restaurant I was greeted with a warm welcome to firehouse. The employee were all nice and respectful. The environment is clean and they work very fast to make sure your sub gets made right . I also had met the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance .

Walked into this fine establishment at around 2 pm. Service was great and everyone was nice. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no tomato or onion. I received exactly what I ordered. It only took about 6-7 minutes to be prepared during a lunch rush which was great. The coke on the side was a nice addition. I always expect quality service and was blown away. #TooTuff

Ordered on line 3 sandwiches to go..worst sandwiches I have ever gotten here. Meat and sandwiches dry, asked for extra sauce on all, brisket sandwiches usually good amount of BBQ and cheese sauce, barely any cheese or sauce…seems like eating inside and take out 2 different qualities. I loved this. Employees were very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I was ever in a Firehouse sub. The menu was extensive but my attention went to the Thanksgiving sub. I was so impressed. It was delicious. Real thick carved turkey, delicious stuffing and cranberry sauce. Plus the owner came over and introduced himself and was very personable. I guess this is why it is so nice since the owner is on the property. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

I would of gave zero stars. I got two Philly cheese steaks. When I got home to look at it the meat was not grilled or cooked and the bread wet and soggy. I live almost 30 mins away so I called to see about getting a refund or something. The supervisor was not nice or helpful. I will never go there again. Very sad.

Today there was a “Touch the Truck” event here. I do not eat subs in general. BUT, the food was excellent! The staff was amazing!! They needed to help me through the ordering process, they were patient, informative and kind. They didn’t rush me or make me feel burdensome.
