Had the French Dip. Best French Dip I have had in a very long time. The aujus sauce is so good. Also, my parents and I are disabled, we’re in so much pain tonight, Mrs. Ruby, we called her when we got there and she came out to the truck and got our payment, took it inside to check us out then brought our food out to us. Truly appreciate that. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and just so sweet she is. Truly appreciate this kind of service. And the fact that she truly did not mind at all. Thank you Mrs. Ruby.

Update Sept 2022: everytime we have dined in it has been a great experience. Gluten free options are available. The sandwiches are always made to perfection and are hot and fresh. The staff is hit and miss but other than that it’s always a great experience.
Ordered online through their website, with the delivery service option. Big mistake. Literally took like 2 hours for our sandwiches to get to the house and we live a few blocks away from it. So next time we will order and pick it up ourselves. As for the sandwiches every tasty but they do take it a little over with the mayo. Other than that we will probably order from them again but will pick it up in person or maybe eat there as well.

I sat for awhile looking things over. Had a conversation with my spouse over my cell. The staff didn’t give me any troubles. I decided on a meal, ordered a meatball sub. Was tasty. Order came out fast even as orders were coming in for pick-up and customers dining in. Staff were playful and very pleasant with kids! Had smiles and were a joy to be around.

I LOVE Firehouse. As a matter of fact, ever since I discovered FHS, my family and I STOPPED going to the other fake bread SUB place. HOWEVER, we just stopped in this place and for the first time- EVER, it was really disappointing. My husband’s and son’s LARGE meat sandwich was FLAT and had VERY little meat. I also thought me daughter ordered a KIDS MEAL, only to find out, she DIDN’T! The “small” sandwich she ordered was T-I-N-Y! Three bites and she was done! My son usually can’t even finish his FHS but because his hardly had any meat in his, he asked to have MY other half! For $67 dollars and some change, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality and (lack) of food we paid for… We DEFINITELY will NEVER be coming back to this location. Manager was on the phone with someone else, not happy with something they ordered, so that right there told me everything I needed to know about this location. I didn’t even bother letting him know how disappointed we were. Fly issue is also a problem.

I used to love Firehouse subs. Until this past Monday 01-05-26. My friend and I walked in in a great mood… none of the staff would say welcome to firehouse subs, so I did. And the whole staff just stood there and stared at us with anger . No care in the world that they had customers even. Once we realized they were not gonna help us.We walked out.

Stopped there this morning to grab two sandwiches. Wife ordered a medium beef steak with onions and mushrooms and I got the New York steamer. Both were hot and very yummy. Better than the lettuce subs you get at the competitor’s. We were greeted as entering and the wait very minimal. Firehouse was very clean including the restroom. We continue to go back. Sandwich prices start at about 4.99 up to 12.00 bucks. Well worth the price. I have eat at all types of restaurants and Firehouse beats them hands down. Not only do I support Firehouse, but a portion of money goes to help First Fire Responders in your community.

Horrible place. Horrible service. Cashiers are rude, I completely understand not liking your job but you work in customer service so suck it up or quit. They place orders and make sandwiches which is NOT a difficult task. Save your money
