I order from here pretty regularly and I’m just leaving this review to offset all the negative reviews. Out of the dozens of times I’ve ordered pizza from here for pick-up, I’ve never had a problem with the food. The pizza is always great!

Said it was done at 11:24 wasn’t delivered til around 12:10 (I live like a mile down the street) also 2 chicken bacon ranch pizza slices had NO SAUCE, NO TOPPINGS and a unnoticeable layer of cheese as in it looks like it has cheese but truly has none. And that same pizza was supposed to have extra chicken but had very very little. Couldn’t get thru to a human to talk to the store at all and I’m very dissatisfied.

Ordered delivery online and food was not delivered to the correct apartment. Called in about it and was given a refund. Was a little mad at first thinking I only got a refund but they actually remade my food and still delivered it. We are all human and mistakes happen. They quickly made it right with me. The communication over the phone could have been a bit better but they were really busy and I understand how that goes.

Come to this location two or three times a week, and I am usually quite happy with my service. However, today, I couldn’t help but noticed the employees forcing around and jokingly fling the dough they were making for pizza onto each other and slapping on each other’s neck when they weren’t looking. Absolutely disgusting I let the front counter work or no, and he just shrugged it off as horseplay. No hair nets either ther health department definitely needs to make a visit.

Order took an hour to be delivered. Pizza was warm not hot, drink was cool not cold and the chicken was not done in the middle and burned on the outside. Contacted manger the next day after I got off of work and he questioned why it took so long to call in with complaint. Then he refused to do anything but give me some store credit. I wanted my money back after that experience, but they refused.

I ordered the $6:99 special two pizzas. The store, the service, and the delivery was adequate. My objection is with the corporation Domino’s. The toppings are just too skimpy. I will continue to order from bellagio’s. Yes, it does cost more but I do not need a microscope to find the mushrooms like I did with Domino’s. Time to say goodbye to Domino’s cuz you have not changed a bit on toppings.

I usually tip but there was a tip included in the price. The driver said something about not enough workers or nobody wants to work. I genuinely felt bad about not tipping but i would of felt worse giving a tip right after i opened the box.
Owners should pay their employees a livable wage instead of expecting the customers do it for them.

I placed an order for delivery thinking I could use my points so it would not cost me so much. I used 40 points to get 32 bread bites for free but to get delivery they force you to spend 30 dollars. So I hade no choice but to add 2 chicken parm subs for 12 dollars. However on the bill on the app it shows them charging me over 9 dollars for the bread bites. Then on top of all that they charge 6 dollars for delivery so a meal that should have cost me next to nothing when it was all said and do e cost me 23 dollars. Companies do not care about honesty or customer service anymore out society has become all about how to exploit people to make the most money. Will due to their mis leading I will never order from dominos again.

Ordered 2 pizzas and paid for extra cheese. This photo shows how minimal the cheese was. Pizza was burnt and tastes terrible. Contacted Dominos and received an email stating that store owner would call me. Never received a call. This is becoming a pattern here.

I have called to.discuss why I continue to get pizzas delivered that should have never made it to a box.
Why is it OK for you to continue to send pizzas that the dough is obviously not ok, bubble on the whole pizza whichever the toppings all move to a side to where more than 1/2 the pizza is just bread….
You continue to allow pizzas that do not live up to the brand out the oven and into the box you even cut them into slices, yet you allow them to get delivered to guests who PAY for them to be living up to the brand quality.
I.for one am.sick of it. I’m sick of yall letting my team live in disappointment for your trash pizza being delivered. I will never order from this location again and that really sucks because it is an easy option for my team…
Your manager also told me that she was using dough she wasn’t supposed to be using… so if she knows there is a problem, why is the food still leaving the store.
DO NOT EXPECT DOMINOS PIZZA IF YOU ORDER THIS LOCATION.
