All I can say is wow! I was craving a sub type sandwich today and this hit the spot. I had the Italian with a little chipotle mayo added and it was delicious. They’ve also started serving fries which my husband got with his sandwich and I’ve gotta say they were some of my favorite fries. Crispy and tasted so dang good with their Hero sauce. The staff were also very welcoming, nice and helpful. I will be craving this all the time now! I’ll be back soon Firehouse!!

Ordered 5 sandwiches and only 2 were made correctly. Again the Turkey and Cheese sandwich was wrong. I’m still unsure how a sandwich with only Turkey and cheese can get screwed up, but this store manages to do it often. For the price is it too much to expect the sandwich be made how it’s ordered. I watched the employee try and scrape stuff off the sandwich and then give it to me. When I took the sandwiches to the shift manager he was confused on the problem. Customer service is definitely lacking.
I would definitely recommend the Firehouse Subs in Woodstock. Was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from them since moving from Texas

Every time we have ever placed an order at this location especially if it’s a online pickup order, something is always forgotten where we have to go back in to get the correct order just to the staff to barely say 2 words. Zero apologies. Just very disrespectful and rude, and it’s literally every single time we order from this location. Customer service needs a big hep from this location and orders need to be better packaged, looked over. Just staring at us like we are crazy or barely responding or saying anything is just rude when in customer service like this.

I ordered subs on November 6th, 2025, after 7 PM, and it was a terrible experience. The sandwiches were soggy, and the onions were disgustingly thick, it seemed like they were peeled off by hand and just thrown onto my Hook & Ladder medium sub without any care. It looked like a young man and a young woman were preparing the food. Shortly after eating, I became very sick, vomiting and dealing with diarrhea for over an hour. This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I’m extremely disappointed and hope management takes this seriously so no one else gets sick or has to go through this.

We love Firehouse Subs. While in Cartersville Ga we stopped by for a family lunch. The place was packed but the crew had everything handled. We got our food quickly. The place appeared clean even though there was a Saturday crowd.
As for the food…. It was good as always when we visit a Firehouse. They really do have consistency down. Our Hook and Ladder, kids meatball sub and kids ham & provolone were all done well. They tasted fresh.
We recommend any Firehouse as we have never had a bad experience.
We rounded up to support their charity and came in at $30 even.

The firehouse app gives deals at every other location, but switch it to cartersville and no deals are found. I left without ordering, upset i wasted the drive! Wont be back to this location ever!

I use to give them a 5 star rating because whenever I came to this area the food was fabulous! But things have PLUMMETED QUICK!! The ingredients are either old, slimy, watered down or even better NOT ON THERE!! Last week, we gave them my last try. Got the spicy dill, there wasn’t spicy sauce on it & there was no cheese! Also my husband’s sandwich didn’t have bacon on his captain. I reached out to customer support by email that said the store will reach out. So here we are 6 days later & haven’t heard back from anyone! This place is too expensive to rip people off like this!!! Not coming back
