Firehouse Subs is hands down one of the best sandwich places around! Every time I come here, the food is consistently delicious and freshly made. The bread is always soft and warm, the meats are perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and crisp. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Most Firehouse subs shops are good… But this one is above and beyond. Same great food but an owner who cares as well as his employees. They make you feel like you are a part of there restaurant.

I’d give them a 0 if I could. I had a very troubling experience at this Firehouse Subs location. I purchased a large combo with chips and a drink, and after receiving my order I decided I wanted a bottled beverage as well so I went to grab a Sprite from the cooler and went back to the register to pay. While standing there, a young male employee with braids at the register said “did you steal those chips in your bag?” I was shocked and explained that I had bought the combo, but he continued, saying that “a lot of people just pick up the chips and go.”
The managers and other staff present did nothing to address the situation, which I found extremely unprofessional. As a woman of color, being accused of theft in this manner was humiliating and felt potentially racially biased. I expect a formal apology from Firehouse Subs, as no customer should be treated this way while simply trying to pay for their order.

I had a terrible experience! I ordered a sub on gluten free bread and asked what their protocols where for a gluten free sub, such a changing gloves. They had no idea what I was taking about. When I got the sub home, it was a hot mess and not in a good way! Did not have this issue at other Firehouse Subs! Won’t be back to this location!

What I enjoyed most about my experience at Firehouse Subs in Rosenberg, was the excellent customer service! The hot subs are never a miss!! The employee named Ellie, was very helpful and was patient while I decided what sub to order since I couldn’t decide which! They are all great choices. Would visit again!!

Took them 20 mnts to make a sandwich and still hadn’t started on it when I asked. About my sandwich and there were only 2 customers in the store and 4 people working. Never going back again.

This is by far the crappiest location I have ever been to of the Firehouse chain. Non-existent customer service, sloppy sandwiches (as seen in the picture, tuna wasn’t even put in the sandwich I had to add it in my self, they just gave it on the side without being asked) they didn’t even cut the sandwich after being asked to. Charged for pickle Spears when all the other locations I’ve been to do not charge. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOESNT VISIT THIS LOCATION!
