You know 5-6 years ago wasn’t the biggest fan of this Firehouse location, but in the last year it has completely changed. The people that work there now actually care about making the food properly and they’re always respectful when I go in there. I enjoy eating there but I also do doordash and I’m always in there picking up and they’re very kind to me and they never make me wait a extreme long time and I also never hear complaints from other customers. Excellent! Excellent location for Firehouse. I just finished their bacon ranch chicken sub and I got an 8-in and now regretting that I didn’t get the larger one lol. I downloaded the app and got a 25% off a sub and only paid like $7.25 for it and split it with my son when I got home. I think if I eat the whole 8-in I would have been plenty satisfied but it’s all good. It was delicious and it came with the pickle slice

I have been going to this restaurant for years now and the 1st time meeting Bridgette Washington I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness . Her Customer Service skills are OUTSTANDING!!! When I had in issue with my food she didn’t hesitate to not only correct the problem she used professional service and she Always keep her customers A1! Only One Word Describes Ms.Washington “Phenomenal” I recommend Everyone to this location.

i came in around 6pm today and Richard put me on to an AMAZING sub it was my first time EVER coming here i told him i want a fan favorite, something spicy and hot too and he recommended me the Hot Cajun sub and i put provolone cheese on it and everything that came with it and to whomever made my sandwich that day may you get a raise of some sort and a kiss on the forehead thanks to richard and the team

Quite dissapointed that Firehouse has followed Quiznos with shrinking their bread before they all pretty much tanked. If you all are shrinking the bread then maybe price should shrink too?

Yummy!!! Amazing taste and quality of food . The service was fast, pleasant, and efficient. The prices were good and the restaurant was clean and Covid cautious. We got a medium Italian sandwich and a medium Brisket sandwich .
