Went in for a THANSGIVING SUB! I was beyond excited!
I accidentally left my husbands card on the table.
When I went to retrieve it, manager was hateful & refused to give the card back because it wasnt my name on the card. Made racial slurs & called the police on me. Police then got my card & let me go. Sad experience when traveling to your state.

Firehouse Subs at 2103 Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City, Missouri is simply the BEST! I look forward to getting my sub from there each and every time I go. It’s more than just picking up a sandwich or getting a meal, it’s a treat I look forward to each and every time.
The staff always greets me when I come in and they are friendly and great to interact with. I have said this before and it is worth saying again, I enjoy the extra minute or two wait for my sub each time I go. Firehouse Subs do not throw their sandwiches together in a race to get you back out the door. They create a delicious masterpiece by taking their time and ensuring each sub is made as requested to guarantee the customers satisfaction.
Firehouse Subs is simply the best and I appreciate how they support First Responders in the process!

Picked up order and didn’t check before I got home. Only gave me the sandwiches. Did not receive any of the side I ordered. Always check your orders before you leave I guess or you won’t get any of your sides.

A young man waited on us. It took a few minutes for someone to come to the register and we were the only ones there. He did apologize. Took our order and it took 25 minutes for our 2 medium Italian subs. The place was filthy and no one was attempting to clean. The prep area was covered with food and the soda area-had all kinds of straw wrappers and soda and ice tea spills and a rug thrown over it. A bag of chips was on the floor along with a lot of food under the tables and the bathroom was a disaster. I cleaned up some but it angered me as this is our stop coming from the Va hospital in Columbia and no one said”Welcome to Firehouse subs”

I found a hair in my sandwich. Ordered a veggie sub, they piled it with bell peppers to the point it was more bell pepper than VEGGIES. The cheese was at least half an inch thick.

Went here today. Service was horrible. Told the guy at the cash register that we had never been there before. He didn’t say anything. My sandwich was not made entirely correctly. Floor was very sticky! Another person came in and ordered after us and got how good before us!

I have had Firehouse subs only a hand few of times, but the location in Jefferson City wasn’t up to par. I ordered my subs without onions and was on the receipt. They still had onions on them. They were also cold when they were supposed to be hot sandwiches. I didn’t complain because I they are still great sandwiches and I didn’t want them to throw away good food. The other thing was that their restrooms were dirty and stunk horrible.
