I just can’t say enough about this location for Firehouse they are fast friendly clean professional and make the most awesome Subs my personal favorite is the brisket I get it every time my wife she likes the Italian with the modifications for her own taste but I must say Firehouse especially this location hands down beats out Subway in a lot of other fast food joints around here and Athens Alabama I will come and visit every time I go to Athens

Italian combo was very good. It was early afternoon and there were only a couple of other people in the store. Staff was friendly and my order was available quickly. My only negative was that the amount of mayonnaise was a little too generous. The sandwich contents kept sliding out!

Just leaving a review on the service I got the other night. I had gotten confused on how the rewards go AGAIN. I thought I was going to get my free large sandwich when I placed my online order but I did it wrong. A sweet lady named Gracie didn’t hesitate to order it correctly so that I wasn’t charged for it. That saved me $11.89 so I wanted to give her a “shout out”. Thanks again Gracie! Now I know how to work it when I place my online orders!

Was really busy when I went to lunch around 12:30. Service was very fast though. Food was excellent, the best sub sandwich franchise by far. The roast beef cheddar sub is always a safe gamble if you’re unsure of what to get. Thanks for the amazing service.
