Good sammich… french dip. I ordered on the phone for pickup. I’d give 5 stars for service but they just don’t seem to be able to get the order correct. It’s irritating. French dip. No butter. Wheat bread. That’s it… nothing compellingly difficult. They are quite nice. Just don’t expect to get your order correctly made if you ask for any changes.

Unbelievably on an order they ask me to round up for the first responders i gladly did went to pay $35 dollar and cashier never looked at me and said no 100 bills I said that all the cash I have the girl who later said I’m the manager said I don’t care go next door and get change. If it would not of been for us making a special trip for Firehouse 13 miles from my home. Does someone need to call corporate and let them know that this store has completely run out of ingredients? We pretty much got 2 loaves of bread for 20 dollars….Or are the employees so damn lazy, they dont want to open ingredients that belong on a sandwich. It’s not rocket science. Great subs BUT on one sub, we ordered a pizza sub without the meatballs but we wanted the marinara sauce. They did not put the sauce. On another sub, we asked for no onions and they put onions. Staff, please listen carefully to the customers. There may be a reason customers request that you omit certain things on their sub or request their sub be done a certain way. Not mad, just a little disappointed.

Atmosphere was fine. Food and service on the other hand….honestly worse experience yet at a firehouse subs. Our subs felt super soggy, I was rushed and didn’t get to fully order what I wanted, the worker had a terrible attitude and talked down to us. Not a way to run a business.

Italian combo was very good. It was early afternoon and there were only a couple of other people in the store. Staff was friendly and my order was available quickly. My only negative was that the amount of mayonnaise was a little too generous. The sandwich contents kept sliding out!
