Simple and Quick! We came to Jackson on our way to Red River Gorge for a quick breakfast and the Cozy Corner Cafe hit the spot for just that. We ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and an ‘all star breakfast’ – both with sausage. The sausage was flavorful and not greasy at all. The sandwich was petite and perfectly cooked. The hash browns were the star of the breakfast though. We were in and out of there in 20min so fast is an understatement. If you’re looking for a quality simple breakfast stop on by the Cozy Corner Cafe.

Was in the area for work and so decided to support a local restaurant instead of eating fast food. The owner was very nice, and the food was excellent. The special was Christmas dinner with turkey, shuck beans (grown, processed and cooked by the owner), mashed potatoes and gravy. Was also served with a blackberry cobbler made with wild picked blackberries. I could not have been happier with the experience. If you’re in the area, it’s likely t he best around.

The biscuits and gravy are definitely something to behold. I got the all star breakfast with grits instead of toast and everything was superb!!! Satisfied my country soul . Definitely gotta stop by and get that nourishment from body to mind to soul!!!

2 stars for friendliness. Gave it two tries, did both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast – Biscuits and Gravy : Unfortunate. No salt, no seasoning, no meat/fat/flavor. Wet flour was what it was. Biscuit : 5 Star biscuit, super delicious. Scraped the gravy and ate every bite.
Omelet: Egg was cooked perfect, toppings inside not so much. Cooked until there really wasn’t much left but the skins of the veggies, mushy onions, over and undercooked bacon. Too greasy.
