I attend firehouse subs very often and it always hits the spot! However, this time was tragically different. I walk in and I was greeted by a younger woman and an older gentleman. The lady who took my order was very polite and well-mannered. But, whenever I received my sandwich by the older gentleman, I got a whiff of a very unpleasant odor of cigarettes and sweat. I hope this message reaches management of this company and something changes because I love the food.

Firehouse Subs is normally consistent with flavor and great iced tea. This place is the exception, no tea, no pickles and a bland tuna sandwich. Even the jalapeños didn’t help. Just poorly made by someone who had better things to do.

I don’t know how they keep the franchise name. Today was the third time in a week I’ve walked in to order a French Dip ..only to be told they have no beef….there are signs all over the store promoting this sandwich and I can’t seem to find a time of day when they have beef!! Firehouse !!! “Where’s the BEEF”…… PS …..one of the workers told me they didnt have the French Dip because the managers didn’t like how much prep time the Meat and Au Jus took. FIREHOUSE BE BETTER!!!

I initially made a door dash order for a sub, a bowl of loaded potato soup, and a coke. What I received was a cup of literally just potatoes and a Diet Coke. I called the manager and she told me that she’d write my name down and that I can come in at another time for them to remake the order. I went in today to get the soup remade and for my drink and yet again… I got a cup of mashed potatoes with absolutely no bacon. If I hadn’t already had a cup of their loaded potato soup in the past then I would’ve been left guessing if that’s how it’s supposed to be made or not. I am now far too impatient to ask them to remake it or refund me yet another time so I’m leaving a review now. I rarely make a fuss about food but due to firehouse being on the pricier side of sub places, I’m honestly disappointed. This shouldn’t have happened two times in a row a few days apart.

I placed a online order on 10/20/25 @4pm said it would be ready at 4:23 when i arrive they did not have my order. No manager in store just young adults that dont even know what their store number is. So i went to website and did the help me got a bot response he ask if the order he was showing me was the order i was preferring to, i said yes ask what the problem was i response. He gave me a ticket number and said someone would get back to me. I got a email the next day from someone named jamie Brown asking for more details and i gave her the details. It has been 3 days and i jave not heard anything. Now i am out 37.00 and did not receive any food.

I love Firehouse Subs, just not this location. All the other ones you walk into every person behind the counter greets you loudly. I thought this was there “thing” because they always do it. Not here. They don’t look up at all. The kids that work here always act like you are bothering them taking your order. Zero customer service skills. Zero smiling. They do not care and look high honestly. Sandwiches took over 10 minutes to get which was odd. I have been here 4 times and last time I asked for it to be plain. When they sent my sandwich out fully involved after waiting over 15 min for a sandwich I took it back to the counter and explained politely it was wrong. The guy quipped back, “it wasn’t in the ticket”. It’s not my problem or fault that the person taking the order entered it wrong or didn’t pay attention. No need to act like Im bothering you because I just wanted what I ordered. Then it took another 15 minutes and it was still not remade. My receipt said 12:06… at 12:39 I still had no sandwich and just went and asked for a refund. There were never more than one person in line at a time and was not busy. No idea what the issue is at this location. The coke machine was broken all they had was water or tea… just avoid.
