Clean facility, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, fast service. This franchise meets all the basics you’d expect from a sandwich shop.
A bit over-priced compared to other fast-sub restaurants. I paid $7.00 for a 3″-to-4″ Italian sub, which was just okay in the amount of meat and veggies provided. Their sauce is an acquired taste, which some will love and others not-so-much (I’m in the second category).
Otherwise, the back-story and decorations are nice and makes you feel like you’re helping out
“the little guy.”
There is handicapped parking in front of the shop, but no high-top tables for those who prefer/need taller chairs instead of standard height seating.

Gave us the wrong chips, didn’t give us either of the two garlic breads we ordered, (no refund offered for the missing garlic bread), didn’t let us know that they were out of apple juice and didn’t give us a kid’s cup to replace the apple juice. Subs were missing the extra add-ons we ordered. We were supposed to get fifty percent off with a coupon and that didn’t happen either.

my first time eating firehouse and it’s not a disappointment! what a bargain i got buy one get one.. i ordered the Italian and it is mouthwatering. the bread is fresh and the meat is amazing. Today my car was in for service so i used uber eats and the service was exactly as advertised. i’m glad i had a chance to try firehouse because i am sure i will be back for more!

Fastest firehouse sandwich I’ve ever received. The staff were great, the food was on par, and the location was tidy. Plenty of seating inside; no seating outside. This location was easy to find and has plenty of parking. I recommend driving down to the nearest traffic light if you plan on making a left on to the main road

If I have but one complaint it’s the way my pickup order was packaged. First and foremost my sandwiches were not sitting flat in the bag. Instead, they were both standing upright. Secondly, one of the containers for one of the sandwiches was already open when I opened the bag. Yet still, the food was amazing. What’s more my order came at an incredible value.

Have ordered here a few times and the food is great. This last time though the person working was making sandwiches with no gloves on and also using the cash register at the same time. Just seemed pretty gross. We didn’t end up eating the sandwiches. Seems to violate health code. Reached out but haven’t heard back

The Alpine location is great. It has a bigger dining room, so more space. The staff was friendly and fast to make my order. I got a free sub for my birthday, so I was able to choose what ever medium size sub. It was delicious. I did add extras to it. Will order again. I absolutely loved the painting on the wall. It was a great way to show GR firefighters at work.
