I recently visited the Firehouse Subs at 3348 Cobb Pkwy NW, Acworth, GA, and left feeling ripped off. I ordered a Large Hook & Ladder and added a combo with chips and a drink. The in-store menu clearly lists the combo as $3.19–$3.59 depending on drink size, but when I got my receipt, I was charged $3.99 for the combo.
That may not sound like much, but it’s the principle — when your menu shows a lower price, customers should not be charged more at checkout. There was no signage or explanation for the higher cost.
Between the misleading pricing and the lack of transparency, I won’t be returning to this location. If you go here, double-check your receipt — apparently, menu prices don’t mean much anymore.

Always quick and respectful service. Sandwiches are flavorful and delicious. Occasionally tables or drink station are a bit messy, but to be expected with a busy location.

First time going to a firehouse subs. I asked the cashier if I could modify my sandwich and what my options were. He was super friendly and explained everything. Ended up with a turkey bacon ranch sub. I ordered the medium size. I chose to have it warmed vs cold. All their subs come automatically warm unless specified. Super tasty, and the bread is toasted, but not too hard. The sub comes with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mayo and ranch. I ordered an additional ranch and each sub comes with a pickle. I will be back again.

This place is absolutely awesome, I went in and got a hook and ladder the cashier was great he was smooth and all of his questions were very clear. The owner was running the meat thing and she was nice enough to ask me how my day was going. The atmosphere was great overall, this is a must go to place. And they have a 100 on there health score always a good sign
