This was so nice of the last at the register. Just has i was paying for my order my phone went off. (I am a ride share driver) some times we have sometime between runs. Sometimes we don’t. I had been in there waiting in line for a bit. A little busy, but no biggie. Well she saw my phone saw it a ride share she said oh are you a driver I said yes ma’am. She made my Sandwich right then. So I could get back on the road. I guess always keeping orders simple helps. But I had to share a good thing. Also thank you for the great service that night.

Online order for pickup. Fast process and the order was perfectly executed and ready when I arrived. Better than subway (and I eat subway fairly regularly due to convenience) and definitively more reasonable than Jersey Mikes especially since I think Firehouse puts more on their subs than Jersey Mikes and the price for a ‘large’ sub was about $5 -$6 cheaper at Firehouse than at Jersey Mikes.

Must be under new management! Not friendly. Hardly any meat or cheese on pastrami sub that cost over $8. Dropped change in my hand like she was trying to make sure her hand didn’t touch mine. I loved going there previously, will not go back to that location.

The sub we ordered was delivered. Took a bite and tasted musty. Turned roll over to see 2 spots of mold on the roll. Had to wait to get a replacement ready and no compensation was offered even a free bag of chips for the hassle/disappointment. A restaurant should have quality control in place or standards for storing bread to ensure this doesn’t happen!!

Service was pretty quick considering it was busy, my first time there. Sandwhich was nothing special, good flavor, over all good. The counter has a bunch of sauces sitting out to put on your sandwich, but they should be refrigerated. Some of them did not look the tone or color like they should have, guaranteed to get sick if you add these to your meal.

The service here is sub-par, and I’m not sure if I will come back since Jersey Mike is in the same vicinity. I ordered through the app ahead of time and went straight to the pickup counter when my order was ready. I waited over 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help during a period when they weren’t busy. I asked if everything was in the bag, and they said yes. I went ahead and verified because it felt light. I was missing several items.

This is the best firehouse subs i’ve been to in my life. I mean just WOW. friendly staff- softest bread i’ve had. i mean you can just taste how fresh, ordered in store and the sub was made so quick I couldn’t believe how beautiful crafted the sandwich was. they thanked me and wished me a good day- said they’d see me next time. and YES they WILL.

The food was exactly what I ordered, I forgot that they warm it though and I was not prepared for the first bite. There wasn’t many chips there I would have chosen normally for the combo meals. My dad also wanted a hotter hot sauce but it was pretty good. We sat next to the firemen gear and I absolutely loved the look of the place. We found it funny that the tops of the tables were dalmatian themed because of how often firefighters are associated with Dalmatians.
